摘 要:分析了建筑垃圾再生细骨料在干混砂浆中应用的经济性,并对其在干混砂浆中应用时存在的问题进行了研究。结果表明,用建筑垃圾中红砖破碎的砖砂由于吸水率高,会造成砂浆2h稠度损失率严重超标,但通过技术手段可以使其有效降低,满足相关标准要求。另外,砖砂的加入会使砂浆早期强度逐渐降低,但随着砖砂掺量的增加,砂浆后期强度的增长率逐渐增加,使得砂浆28d抗压强度随砖砂掺量的增加呈先增加后降低的趋势。 Abstract: The economy of recycled fine aggregate of construction waste application in dry-mixed mortar is analyzed,and the problems that application in dry-mixed mortar are studied. The results show that the sands crushed by red brick of construction waste are very high in water absorption, which can make the ratio of consistency loss in 2h exceeds badly,but it can be lower which can meet the requirements of relevant standards by technical means. Besides, the early strength of mortar gradually decreased when it is added into more red brick, the growth rate of mortar strength in long-term gradually increase when it is added into more red brick, which make the compressive strength of 28d gradually increase in the first and then decreased.

摘 要:研究了废弃线路板非金属残渣对镁质胶凝材料的水化过程、抗压强度、镁质胶凝材料晶体形貌的影响,结合扫描电镜对其反应机理进行了分析。结果表明,非金属残渣能抑制镁质胶凝材料的早期水化,使水化放热减缓,早期水化率降低,凝结时间延长;非金属残渣对镁质胶凝材料晶体形貌影响较大,使镁质胶凝材料晶体尺寸明显增大;非金属残渣通过多种途径的作用对镁质胶凝材料产生了缓凝作用。当非金属残渣掺量超过15%时,抗压强度下降较大。 Abstract: The effect of non-metallic residues of waste printed circuit boards on the hydration process, compressive strength, and crystal morphology of magnesium oxychloride cement are investigated. By using the SEM, its retarding mechanism is also studied. The results indicate that the addition of non-metallic residues can lead to the delay in the hydration heat evolution. It can also decrease the hydration ratio at in the early stage and delay the prolong induction period of magnesium oxychloride cement. Non-metallic residues has a major effect on the crystal morphology of magnesium oxychloride cement, it can make the crystal sizes larger. Retardation to magnesium oxychloride cement is caused by a variety of ways with the non-metallic residues. When the content of non-metallic residue is more than 15%, the compressive strength decreases quickly.

摘 要:深坑酒店工程大量使用倾斜钢管混凝土柱,钢管柱内设隔板造成混凝土浇筑质量难以保障,对钢管柱内混凝土密实度进行准确监控成为保证钢管柱混凝土施工质量的关键技术。为解决钢管柱中混凝土密实度难以监测的问题,研究了采用红外成像技术,通过间接测定混凝土浇筑过程引起的钢管柱表面温度变化来判定钢管柱密实度,并通过现场实测验证了该技术的可行性。 Abstract: A lot of slantwise steel tube columns were used in Shanghai deep pit hotel. The concrete construction quality is difficult to guarantee due to the diaphragm using in the steel tube columns. The accuracy of concrete compactness monitoring inside columns is a key technology to ensure the quality of steel tube columns. By measuring the temperature changes on the columns surfaces due to concrete construction, infrared thermography technology was used in deep pit hotel to monitor concrete compactness. This method was tested by field measurement.

摘  要:负温套筒灌浆料可以满足冬季预制构件灌浆连接的施工要求,矿物掺合料对负温套筒灌浆料性能具有积极影响。为了改善负温套筒灌浆料的性能,在常温套筒灌浆料研究的基础上,确定了负温套筒灌浆料的基本配比,并研究了矿粉、粉煤灰、硅灰等矿物掺合料对负温套筒灌浆料初始流动度、30min流动度和1d、3d、28d抗压与抗折强度的影响。结果表明,三种矿物掺合料对负温套筒灌浆料性能的影响程度为硅灰>矿粉>粉煤灰。Abstract:Negativetemperaturesleevegroutingmaterialcanmeettheconstructionrequirementsofwinterpre-fabricatedgroutingconnection.Mineraladmixtureshavepositiveeffectsontheperformanceofnegativetemperaturesleevegroutingmaterial.Inordertoimprovetheperformanceofthesleeveofthegroutingmaterial,thebasicproportionofmixtureofnegativetemperaturesleevegroutingmaterialisresearchedonthebasisofroomtemperaturesleevegroutingmaterial.Andthentheeffectoftheslagpowder,flyash,andsiliconashoninitialfluidityandfluidityof30minand1d,3dand28dcompressivestrengthandflexuralstrengthareresearchedsystematically.Theresultsshowthattheinfluenceofthethreekindsofmineraladmixturesonthepropertiesofnegativetemperaturesleevegroutingmaterialaresiliconash>slagpowder>flyash.

摘 要:将RFID射频芯片植入砂浆或混凝土试块,利用RFID技术和物联网思想实现试块的制作、养护、送检及抗压强度检测等全过程的追踪和动态监管;将RFID技术应用于压力试验机,可实现试块的上料、读取RFID芯片信息、试验、下料等全过程自动连续完成。在全自动抗压强度检测系统中引入智能机器人对完善工程质量检测的自动化和智能化具有积极意义。 Abstract: The RFID RF chip is inserted into the mortar or concrete test block, and the RFID technology and IOT thought are used in the dynamic tracking and supervision to achieve the whole process of making, maintenance, inspection and compressive test of the sample. Combining with RFID, the pressure testing machine could automatically achieve the whole process of feeding, reading RFID chip information, testing of the sample. The introducing of the intelligent robot has positive implications for improving the automation and intelligence of engineering quality testing.

摘  要:通过在RMT-150B岩石力学系统基础上自行改进的高应力直剪仪,对不同含水率的粗砂与不同硬度和粗糙度的混凝土结构接触面进行粗砂与混凝土结构接触面颗粒破碎试验研究。结果表明,高法向应力粗砂与混凝土结构接触面直剪试验后颗粒级配曲线相较于试验前的曲线所对应出的颗粒粒径含量,随粒径的减小呈现出先减小后增加趋势,在颗粒粒径为0.25~0.074mm段,试验前后两级配曲线相互靠拢,对应粒径的含量变化较小;干粗砂破碎相较于含水的粗砂总体上破碎率较大,大粒径颗粒砂随含水率增大破碎量增大,小粒径颗粒砂随含水率增大呈现破碎减小状态,而含水率的大小对颗粒破碎影响相差不大;结构接触面的混凝土强度为C20、C30,粗糙度为3mm时,颗粒相对破碎率最小,结构接触面的混凝土强度为C40、C50表现与之相反;随着混凝土强度的增加,粗糙类型-破碎率曲线随粗糙度波动的敏感度变小,在混凝土结构接触面强度为C40时粗糙类型-破碎率曲线随粗糙度波动敏感度最小。Abstract:UsingtheimprovedRMT-150Brockmechanicsbasedonhighstressdirectshearapparatus,differentmoisturecontentofcoarsesandanddifferentcontactsurfacehardnessandroughnessoftheconcreteareusedintheinterfaceparticlecrushingtest.Theresultsshowthatthecourttothecontactstressofcoarsesandandconcretestructureafterthedirectsheartestgradingcurvecomparedtobeforethetestcurvecorrespondstothecontentofparticlesize,withthedecreaseofparticlesizefirstdecreaseandthenincrease,theparticlesizerangesfrom0.25mmto0.074mm,thetwogradationcurveconvergencebeforeandafterthetest,thevariationincontentofparticlesizeissmaller.Comparedwithwatercoarsesand,thedrycoarsesand'sbrokenrateishigher,thesandparticlessizeincreaseswiththeincreasingofthemoisturecontentofbreakageandsmallsand.WhentheconcreteofthestructurecontactisC20andC30,andtheroughnessis3mm,therelativeparticlebreakingrateistheminimum.WhentheconcreteofthestructurecontactisC40andC50,itistheopposite.Withtheincreaseofconcretestrength,thesensitivityof thecurvereduces.WhentheconcreteofthestructurecontactisC40,theroughnesssensitivityistheminimum.

摘 要:采用体外预应力竖向张拉双折线布筋方法,对2根矩形对比梁,三组不同预应力筋配筋率、不同工况的9根矩形钢筋混凝土简支梁进行了加固试验研究。在考虑二次效应、体外预应力筋有效应力和加固工况的影响下,对加固梁的短期刚度进行了验证分析计算,得到了加固梁短期刚度计算公式的适用范围,并计算得到了试验梁的短期挠度值。 Abstract:The external prestressing with double broken line and vertical tensioning method is used to test the deflection behavior of eleven rectangle reinforced concrete beams (two contrastive beams and nine externally reinforced beams with different prestressed reinforcement ratio and reinforced conditions). The short-term stiffness of flexural member is analyzed and verification considering the secondary effect, the prestressed reinforcement ratio and the reinforcement conditions. The application range of the formula for short-term stiffness and the deflection of reinforced beams are given.

摘 要:在外墙外保温工程中,真空绝热板的应用主要借鉴膨胀聚苯板等薄抹灰系统的技术和材料,可能存在黏结性不良的问题。本文对用于膨胀聚苯板薄抹灰系统的胶黏剂与真空绝热板的黏结性能进行试验研究及机理分析,明确了胶黏剂中水泥和可再分散乳胶粉掺量以及真空绝热板热熔热压工艺的影响作用。同时,提出了胶黏剂用于真空绝热板的改性策略并进行了正交试验分析。结果表明,添加EVA乳液等方法有助于提高胶黏剂与真空绝热板的拉伸黏结强度。 Abstract: In external wall insulation projects, the application of vacuum insulated panel technology and material is learning from external thermal insulation system based on expanded polystyrene board, there may be a problem of poor bonding. The tensile bond strength between vacuum insulated panel and adhesives used for expanded polystyrene board is studied by experiments and analysis by mechanism. The effect of the cement and redispersible polymer powder content and hot melt-hot pressing technology is made clear. In the meantime, modification strategies have been proposed and checked by experiments with the following orthogonal tests. The results show that addition of EVA emulsion and such methods can be used to improve the tensile bond strength.

摘 要:通过石屑混凝土梁板与河砂混凝土梁板静载对比试验研究,探索了石屑混凝土构件受力性能及可靠性。试验结果表明,石屑混凝土梁板在最大试验荷载作用下,其应变、裂缝及挠度值均能满足设计和规范要求,结构安全。 Abstract: The static tests of stone chip concrete beams and sand concrete slabsis compared, the mechanical properties and reliability of stone chip concrete member are studied. The results show that the strain, crack and deflection value of stone chip concrete beam and slab can meet the requirements of design and specification under the maximum test load.
