橡胶粉集料混凝土抗盐冻性能的试验研究

摘 要:取最大粒径为0.3mm的橡胶粉按5%、10%、15%和20%四种不同掺量替代等体积的细骨料砂制作橡胶集料混凝土试件,对其进行Na2SO4溶液侵蚀下的快冻试验,研究橡胶集料混凝土在盐冻环境作用下的耐久性。研究表明,橡胶粉的掺入对混凝土的抗盐冻性能有着明显的改善作用,尤其是掺量为5%~10%时效果较好。与清水环境下的冻融试验相比,在冻融作用前期Na2SO4溶液对抗冻性的影响是有利的,而随着冻融次数的不断增加,Na2SO4溶液的侵蚀劣化作用开始突显,橡胶集料混凝土的动弹性模量下降速度加快,抗盐冻性能快速降低。
Abstract: The crumbed tire rubber powder was used to replace fine aggregates, whose grain size is 0.3mm. The replacement levels were 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% by volume of the fine aggregates. An exhaustive study should be carried on durability of crumb rubber concrete under complex condition, which endures corrosion of Na2SO4 and freeze-thaw cycles. The research shows that appropriate proportional fine aggregate replaced by rubber powder can improve the resistance to salt freezing of concrete, especially mixing 5% and 10% rubber powder. In the early stages, Na2SO4 solution plays a beneficial role. But dynamic elasticity modulus of crumb rubber concrete decrease with increasing of freeze-thaw cycles and performance obviously deteriorates.
