水泥矿物组成对混凝土TSA侵蚀的影响

摘 要:通过外观变化、砂浆强度、XRD及SEM-EDS分析等技术,研究了两种不同矿物组成的水泥对掺石灰石粉水泥砂浆经温度为5℃、质量分数为5%的MgSO4溶液侵蚀后碳硫硅钙石形成的影响。结果表明,Al相含量越多,生成的碳硫硅钙石越多,侵蚀越严重。通过对水泥矿物组成进行合理优化,可以提高混凝土抗TSA侵蚀能力,提高其耐久性。
Abstract: The effect of two different mineral compositions on the thaumasite formation of cement pastes containing limestone powder was investigated. The samples were cured in 5% MgSO4 solution at 5℃. It was analyzed by appearance erosion change, X-ray diffraction, mortar strength, scanning electron microscopy and energy disperse spectroscopy. The results show that more aluminum phase will lead to form more thaumasite. By optimizing the mineral composition of cement reasonably, the concrete can enhance the ability of resisting the thaumasite form of sulfate attack.
