摘 要:研究了不同来源重金属元素在混凝土中的浸出性,从胶凝材料、骨料和外加重金属元素三方面阐述重金属元素的浸出性。结果表明,纯水泥、水泥与粉煤灰质量比为7∶3、水泥与矿粉量比为7∶3三种胶凝体系中的重金属浸出率低,其中,纯水泥浆体中检测不到重金属离子的浸出;所选四个地区的天然粗骨料和六个地区的天然细骨料中的重金属含量和重金属浸出性各有差异,其中Pb和Zn相对含量及浸出率较高;而骨料中重金属的浸出率极低,Zn的相对浸出率较高;水泥净浆中外掺六种可溶性重金属盐或重金属氧化物表现出不同的重金属浸出性,外掺重金属氧化物,净浆的重金属浸出率较低,而外掺可溶性重金属盐,水泥净浆的重金属浸出率相对较高。 Abstract: The leachability of heavy metal elements in different sources of concrete including cementitious materials, aggregates and adding soluble heavy metal salts or heavy metal oxides was investigated. The results showed that the pastes of pure cement, 70% cement + 30% fly ash and 70% cement + 30% slag have low heavy metal elements leachability and pure cement pastes have no heavy metals extraction content; coarse aggregates obtained from four districts and fine aggregate obtained from six districts have different heavy metal elements content and different leachability; heavy metals leachability of cement pastes was increased when adding soluble heavy metal salts into cement pastes compared with adding heavy metal oxides.

摘 要:将矿粉、粉煤灰、垃圾焚烧飞灰、垃圾焚烧底渣以单掺或1:1二元复掺替代部分水泥后,配制掺合料混凝土,测定其力学强度和拉压比,并利用平板法研究比较各掺合料混凝土的早期抗开裂性能。研究表明,粉煤灰具有适当降低混凝土的脆性和抑制早期开裂的性能,而矿粉的作用与其相反;飞灰对混凝土的早期开裂性能极为不利,在飞灰中复合部分粉煤灰或矿粉,可大大改善混凝土的早期抗裂性能;底渣混凝土因强度太低早期未出现明显的开裂,但在底渣中引入部分矿粉或粉煤灰后,混凝土的抗压强度能比单掺底渣混凝土明显提高,同时该底渣基复合掺合料混凝土的抗裂性能优异。 Abstract:Admixture concrete was prepared with slag, fly ash, waste incineration fly ash and waste incineration bottom ash replacing parts of cement singly or mixed both with the rate of 1:1. Mechanical strength and tension strength/compressive strength of corresponding concrete were tested. Plate method was used to study the early cracking resistance of every admixture concrete. The results showed that fly ash can appropriately reduce the brittle and restrain the early cracking of concrete, but slag plays an opposite function. The effect of waste incineration fly ash on early cracking of admixture concrete may be extremely unfavorable. Parts of fly ash or slag mixed into waste incineration fly ash can improve the early cracking resistance of corresponding concrete greatly. Because of poor strength of waste incineration bottom ash concrete, no obvious cracking phenomenon appear. But when parts of fly ash or slag were mixed into waste incineration bottom ash, compressive strength of corresponding concrete was significantly improved and its early cracking resistance was excellent, comparing with that of waste incineration bottom ash.

摘 要:以南京地铁十四号线工程盾构施工为依托,借助ANSYS有限元软件,针对该工程中的翠屏山隧道建立了三维数模进行仿真计算与分析。计算结果表明,地铁隧道盾构施工对翠屏山隧道周围土体扰动较小,后者整体保持稳定,未出现大的异变;最大应变区域发生在翠屏山隧道中心区域,隧道底板最大下沉量为18.2mm,建议在该区域加密抗拔桩,以减小土体变形。 Abstract: Based on the shield construction of Nanjing Metro Line No.14, ANSYS finite element software is used to establish the 3D model of Cuipingshan Tunnel for simulation calculation and analysis. The results show that the subway shield tunnel construction has little influence on the surrounding soil of Cuipingshan Tunnel, the surrounding soil can maintain the overall stability and has no major changes. The maximum strain occurred in the center area of Cuipingshan Tunnel floor area, the maximum subsidence quantity is 18.2mm, which indicates that the uplift pile should be increased density to reduce soil deformation.

摘 要:依托湖北某客运专线涵路过渡段采用袖阀管注浆加固法治理路基沉降工程,开展了袖阀管注浆用套壳料配合比室内试验研究,依据试验结果分析了套壳料各掺料对套壳料强度及其拌合物初凝、终凝时间的影响规律;结合工程特点,确定了该客运专线病害治理中袖阀管注浆加固用套壳料的合理配比,现场应用效果表明该配比较为合适,研究成果可为运营高铁路基沉降病害治理提供借鉴。 Abstract: Based on the test of the compaction ratio of the casing and the grouting material of the sleeve valve tube, the influence of the shell material on the transition section of a passenger line of Wuhan Passenger Dedicated Line was analyzed by the sleeve valve pipe grouting reinforcement method. Based on the characteristics of the project, the reasonable proportion of the shell material for the grouting pipe reinforcement was determined. The effect indicates that the ratio is appropriate. The results provide a reference for the management of the settlement of high-speed railway subsidence.

摘 要:为改进可溶性SiO2法测定掺加粉煤灰的硬化砂浆中水泥含量,成型了不同粉煤灰掺量的砂浆试样。基于温度对硬化砂浆结构和溶解度的影响以及粒径对测定结果干扰程度的分析,优化了测定掺加粉煤灰的硬化砂浆中水泥含量的可溶性SiO2法,采用该测定方法后,硬化粉煤灰砂浆中水泥含量的相对误差绝对值可控制在5%以内,并且该方法能为掺加粉煤灰的硬化混凝土中水泥含量的测定提供参考。 Abstract: In order to improve the soluble silica method that measuring the real value of cement content in hardened fly ash mortars, different samples with varied content of fly ash were prepared. Based on the effect of temperature on structure and solubility of hardened mortars, the analysis about interference degree of hardened mortars’ particle size to measuring result, the method was optimized. By using this optimized method, the absolute value about relative deviation of cement content of hardened fly ash mortars was set within 5%. And this optimized method can give some help to the measuring of cement content in hardened fly ash concretes.

摘 要:介绍了预应力混凝土水泥制品中的高强度钢筋在张拉前进行的镦头工作。考虑到实际应用中早期的液压型钢筋镦头器通过碟型弹簧的压力进行钢筋的夹紧存在一定的缺陷和采用内外油缸并联的方式易产生误动作,提出了改进方案并予以实施。实践证明,改进后的钢筋墩头器有很好的应用效果。 Abstract: The pier head work that the tension of high strength steel in the pre-stressed concrete cement products is introduced. Considering the insufficient of the practical application of hydraulic clamping and the misoperation during the production, the improvement scheme and implementation is put forward. Practice has proved that the improved reinforced pier head has a good application effect.

摘 要:装配式建筑预制构件之间需要可靠的连接,并且整个装配式建筑结构的整体性对抗震性能有较大的影响,随着建筑产业化的推进,型钢混凝土结构迅速发展。本文介绍了装配式梁-柱连接节点的连接类型以及型钢混凝土节点的分类及特点,总结了国内外预制装配式混凝土结构最新型钢梁-柱节点的连接方式,分析了最新各种型钢梁-柱节点连接方式的优缺点及研究现状,对装配式型钢梁-柱节点需要进一步研究的关键问题及未来的发展方向提出展望。 Abstract: The need for reliable connection between prefabricated construction of prefabricated and the wholeness of the entire prefabricated building structure has great influence to the seismic performance, along with the advancement of building industrialization, steel reinforced concrete structure develops rapidly. The prefabricated beam-column connection node connection types, classification and characteristics of steel reinforced concrete node are introduced, the prefabricated concrete structure at home and abroad are summarized, the newest type steel beam column node connections, the advantages and disadvantages of various type steel beam-column node connection mode and the research status are analyzed. The key problems and future development direction of the prefabricated steel beam-column nodes need to further study and put forward outlook.

摘 要:传统的隔震分析大都是基于一维和二维地震动进行的,很少考虑三维地震动的作用。且对于不同维数地震动输入下,拉压刚度比对隔震支座面压的影响也缺乏系统的研究。本文对8度区的某高层隔震结构进行了时程分析,首先在拉压刚度比不变的情况下,对比研究了地震动输入维数对隔震支座面压的影响。然后以地震动输入维数为定量,拉压刚度比为变量,对隔震支座面压的变化情况和变化规律进行了分析。研究发现,拉压刚度比不变时,随着地震动输入维数的增加,隔震支座的压应力和拉应力均呈现逐渐增大的趋势。相同维数地震动输入下,拉压刚度比对隔震支座的拉应力影响较大,但对压应力影响很小,且拉压刚度比相同时,隔震支座的拉应力远超过规范值。 Abstract:The traditional isolation analysis is mostly based on one-dimensional and two-dimensional ground motion, and rarely consider the role of three-dimensional ground motion. And the influence of tension and compression stiffness on the surface pressure of the isolation bearing is not studied systematically for different ground motion loads. In this paper, the time-history analysis of a high-level isolation structure in the 8 degree area is carried out. Firstly, the influence of the input dimension of the ground motion on the surface pressure of the isolation bearing is studied. Then, the change of the surface pressure of the isolation bearing and the variation law are analyzed. The results shows that the compressive stress and tensile stress of the isolated bearing are gradually increasing with the increase of the input dimension of the ground motion. With the same dimension of ground motion input, the tensile and compressive stiffness has a greater effect on the tensile stress of the isolation bearing, but the impact of the compressive stress is very small, and the tensile and compressive stiffness ratio is the same, the tensile stress of the isolation bearing is far more than the standard value.

摘 要:采用球磨机对钼尾矿进行机械活化,考察了不同粉磨时间对钼尾矿粒径分布、筛余、等效粒径以及比表面积的变化规律,并将活化后的钼尾矿用于制备硅酸钙板,研究了机械活化前后钼尾矿对硅酸钙板性能的影响。试验结果表明,在粉磨初期,随着粉磨时间增加,钼尾矿粒径分布范围变窄,筛余明显降低,等效粒径减小,比表面积增加,制备的硅酸钙板水化产物托贝莫来石衍射峰强度和硅酸钙板抗折强度增加;当粉磨时间超过15min后,钼尾矿粒径和硅酸钙板性能变化不明显。机械活化过程等效粒径及比表面积与粉磨时间双对数具有较好的线性相关性。 Abstract: Molybdenum tailings were activated by ball milling to improve the hydration activity under high pressure steam conservation condition. The effect of grinding time on the particle size distribution, sieve residue, equivalent particle size and specific surface areas was extensively investigated. The properties of calcium silicate boards made by mechanical activated molybdenum tailings were studied. The results showed that at the beginning of milling, the particle size distribution became narrow, sieve residue obviously reduced, the equivalent particle size decreased and the specific surface area increased with the increase of grinding time. Furthermore, the diffraction peak intensity of tobermorite formed during the hydration process and the flexural strength of calcium silicate boards increased. The particle size of molybdenum tailings and the properties of calcium silicate boards changed little after fifteen-minute grinding. Both the equivalent particle size and specific surface area of molybdenum tailings showed a good linear relation to double logarithm of grinding time.

摘 要:在纤维总体积掺率不超过1%的情况下,采用钢纤维、塑钢纤维以及聚丙烯纤维单掺、双掺和三掺配制得到了高流动度纤维增强混凝土;通过稠度试验、抗压试验和劈裂试验,对比分析了纤维混杂方式和纤维混掺比例对基体混凝土工作性能、抗压强度以及劈裂强度的影响规律。结果表明,在混凝土中掺加0.25%~0.35%的引气剂可显著改善混杂纤维增强混凝土的坍落度和坍落扩展度;钢纤维/塑钢纤维/聚丙烯三元混杂可显著提高基体混凝土的抗压强度和劈裂强度最大分别提高了25%和32.61%。;综合考虑混凝土工作性能和力学性能,CF60大流动混杂纤维增强混凝土的纤维混掺比例选定为0.6%SF、0.2%HF、0.11%PPF,引气剂建议掺量为0.35%。 Abstract: With the total volume fraction of the steel fiber below 1%, the hybrid fiber reinforced concrete is prepared by adding steel fiber, steel fiber and polypropylene fiber single, double or triple. Based on the consistency test, compression test and splitting test, the effects of fiber mixing mode and fiber mixing ratio on the working performance, compressive strength and splitting strength of the concrete are analyzed. The results show that the working performance of hybrid fiber reinforced concrete can significantly improve by adding air entraining agent with ration ranging from 0.25% to 0.35%; SF/HF/PPF HFRC can significantly improve the compressive strength and splitting strength of the matrix concrete with 25% and 32.61% respectively. On the basis of the working performance and mechanical property, the most suitable fibers proportion of CF60 is 0.6% SF, 0.2% HF and 0.11% PPF .And the reasonable ratio of air entraining agent is 0.35%.
