PVA 纤维水泥基复合材料桥面连接板试验研究

摘 要:通过静力加载试验,以两跨简支桥梁为原型,对比分析了普通钢筋混凝土连接板和PVA-ECC纤维混凝土连接板在正常使用过程中的抗裂和抗渗性能。结果表明,PVA-ECC纤维混凝土连接板开裂荷载是普通钢筋混凝土连接板的2.5倍;普通钢筋混凝土连接板的裂缝数量较少,平均间距76.8mm,最大裂缝宽度0.21mm;PVA-ECC纤维混凝土连接板的裂缝数量较多,平均间距22.6mm,最大裂缝宽度小于0.1mm。相同荷载作用下,普通钢筋混凝土连接板的混凝土应变比PVA-ECC纤维混凝土连接板大,但钢筋应变较小。
Abstract: Through the static loading test with two span simply supported bridges, the analysis on performance of crack resistance and impermeability of ordinary reinforced concrete connecting plate and PVA-ECC fiber reinforced concrete connecting plate during normal use is compared. The results show that the cracking load of PVA-ECC fiber connection reinforced concrete slab is 2.5 times as large as ordinary reinforced concrete. Ordinary reinforced concrete connecting plate has smaller cracks and the average distance is 76.8mm and the maximum crack width is 0.21mm. In contrast, PVA-ECC fiber reinforced concrete slab has bigger cracks and the average distance is 22.6mm and maximum crack width is less than 0.1mm. With the same load, the concrete strain of the ordinary reinforced concrete slab is bigger than the PVA-ECC fiber reinforced concrete slab, but the steel strain of the ordinary reinforced concrete slab is smaller.
