摘  要:以石灰石粉等量取代部分水泥,分析了混凝土的工作性能和力学性能的变化规律,探讨了用石灰石粉部分取代水泥在商品混凝土中应用的可行性。结果表明,在掺加聚羧酸外加剂的C30和C35混凝土中以15~35kg/m3的石灰石粉等量取代水泥是可行的。在商品混凝土中使用石灰石粉部分取代水泥可降低每m3混凝土原材料成本,并可充分利用我国丰富的石灰石资源。Abstract:Limestonepowderwasusedtoreplacesomecement,andtheeffectofconcreteonthepropertiesofconcretewasdetected.Inordertodiscussthefeasibilityofreplacing,thechangesintheworkabilityandmechanicalpropertiesofconcretewereanalyzed.Theresultsshowthatit'sfeasibletoreplacecementwith15~35kg/m3limestonepowderinC30andC35concrete.Theuseoflimestonepowderinsteadofcementcanreducethecostofconcreteandmakefulluseoftheabundantlimestoneresourcesinourcountry.

摘 要:以污泥为基料制备的生态混凝土为对象,研究了去离子水、硫酸-硝酸溶液和醋酸溶液三种浸取剂在浸取混凝土过程中重金属的浸出情况和液相pH值变化特性。结果表明,重金属铅(Pb)、铬(Cr)、镉(Cd)、铜(Cu)和锌(Zn)的浸出量随着混凝土粒径的减小而逐渐增加,砷(As)的浸出量随着混凝土粒径的减小略有减小;液相pH值随着时间的增加而增加,浸取剂为醋酸溶液时,平衡后液相pH值最小;浸取剂的种类对混凝土中重金属浸出结果影响很大,3种浸取剂条件下重金属的浸出率大小为:醋酸溶液>硫酸-硝酸溶液>去离子水,但重金属的浸出浓度都远低于GB 5085.3—2007《危险废物鉴别标准 浸出毒性鉴别》规定的限值,重金属固化效果很好。 Abstract: Using the ecological concrete prepared with sludge as object, three kinds of leaching agent such as deionized water, sulphuric acid-nitric acid solution and acetic acid solution leaching of heavy metals in the process of concrete circumstance and pH value change characteristics were investigated. The result showed that Pb, Cr, Cd, Cu and Zn increased gradually with the reduction of the particle size, while As was slightly decreased with the decrease of the particle size. pH value increased gradually as time goes on. The minimum pH value of liquid phase was got after equilibrium under acetic acid solution conditions. The types of leaching agent have a great influence on leaching of heavy metals in the concrete, and the leaching ratio of every heavy metal showed an tendency: acetic acid solution>sulphuric acid-nitric acid solution>deionized water. As a consequence, the performance of solidification for heavy metals is well-behaved,and the leaching concentration of heavy metals from concrete is lower than that of the GB 5085.3—2007.

摘 要:生态型透水混凝土是实现海绵城市构想的材料基础。再生混凝土粗骨料自身存在吸水率高、强度略低于同类型天然骨料的弱点,但将其应用于植生型透水混凝土则可以避免这些弱点的不利影响并有利于建筑垃圾的再生利用。本文研究了不同的再生粗骨料取代率对植生型透水混凝土抗压强度、孔隙率和植生适应性的影响。结果表明:再生粗骨料取代量为25%时,植生型透水混凝土28d抗压强度略有提高;100%取代时强度降低不明显;但中高取代量时,由于不同类型骨料形成的混凝土骨架及其节点界面削弱,导致强度有所降低。再生粗骨料取代率对混凝土的孔隙率没有明显影响,植物试种试验表明其植生适应性未受影响。与插捣成型工艺相比较,振动成型工艺容易出现沉浆现象,不利于植物生长。 Abstract:Vegetation type permeable concrete is the material foundation to realize sponge city vision. Compared with natural aggregate,recycled concrete coarse aggregate has the weaknesses such as higher water absorption,and lower compressive strength. But if the recycled aggregate was applied to vegetation type permeable concrete,the adverse impact can be avoided and benefit the recycling of construction waste. In this paper, the effect on the different recycled coarse aggregate replacement ratio of vegetation type permeable concrete compressive strength, porosity and vegetative adaptability were experimental studied. The results showed that the amount of recycled coarse aggregate was 25%, the vegetation type permeable concrete 28d compressive strength increased slightly. The decrease of strength is not obvious while the replaced ratio is 100%. When the replace quantity is high , because of different types aggregate formation concrete skeleton and weak node interface, it lead to strength decrease. But the recycled coarse aggregate replacement ratio had no significant effect on the porosity and the vegetative flexibility unaffected of eco-porous concrete. Compared with inserted vibrating molding process, vibration molding process prone to cement paste settlement phenomenon, is not conducive to the growth of plants.

摘 要:针对排桩与土钉相结合的一种新型基坑复合支护形式,研究了土钉施加预应力对其受力变形及整体稳定性的影响。采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立排桩复合土钉支护基坑三维数值模型,模拟分析了土钉预应力施加位置和大小对土体的侧移及沉降、排桩侧移、土钉轴力、排桩桩身弯矩及基坑整体稳定性的影响。结果表明,施加预应力的土钉位置越靠近基坑边坡上部,对限制基坑侧移、减小坑后地表沉降作用越明显,且影响程度随施加的预应力增大而增大;土钉施加预应力使得其他排土钉轴力减小,轴力峰值点后移,且对上一排土钉影响最为明显;土钉施加预应力后,排桩桩身轴力变化很小,排桩复合土钉支护基坑整体稳定性亦基本不变。排桩复合土钉支护可通过对基坑边坡上部土钉施加预应力,以进一步控制基坑变形,土钉施加预应力难以提高支护体系的整体稳定性,但有利于增加排桩间土体的局部稳定性。 Abstract:As a new type of bracing structure of foundation pit, row piles and composite soil nailing structure was studied. The influences of prestressed soil nails on stress, deformation and global stability of the row piles and composite soil nailing supporting system were studied. ABAQUS finite element software was used to establish three-dimensional finite element model of the row piles and composite soil nailing structure. The effects of prestressed position and size on the soil lateral movement and settlement, row pile lateral displacement, axial-force of soil nails, pile moment and overall stability of foundation pits were simulated and studied. The results showed that prestressed position closer the upper part of the foundation pit slope, the impact of the restriction of lateral displacement and the decrease of ground settlement of the pit is more obvious. Moreover, the influence degree increases with the augment of the prestress. Prestressed soil nails can reduce the axial force of the other row of soil nails and retreat the axial force peak point. This law has the most obvious influence on a row of soil nails. After the soil nails prestressed, the change of axial force of row piles is very small and the global stability of row piles and composite soil nailing structure also basically remains unchanged. Row piles and composite soil nailing structure can further control the deformation by prestressing the soil nails in the upper of foundation pit. Although it is difficult to improve the global stability of supporting system by prestressing, it is conducive to increase the local stability of the soil between piles.

摘  要:考虑各地区配制混凝土的常用材料、配合比不同造成超声回弹综合法检测混凝土强度精度降低的问题,选取福州地区常用材料制备了混凝土试块并进行了超声回弹综合法的强度测试。通过对测试数据的比较分析发现,全国统一的测强曲线在对福州地区混凝土强度预测过程中误差过大,存在一定的适用性问题;通过进一步对试验数据的拟合分析,初步建立了福州地区超声回弹综合法测强曲线并验证了其有效性。Abstract:Duetothedifferentutilizationofrawmaterialanddifferentselectionoftheconcretemixproportion,theprecisionofthepredictionontheconcretestrengthwhenusingultrasonic-reboundcombinedmethodmightbereduced.Thematerial,aswellastheconcretemixproportionwhicharecommonusedinFuzhouregionareselectedandthestandardconcretesamplesarecasted.Ultrasonic-reboundcombinedmethodisusedtopredictthestrengthofthesamples.Aftercomparingofthetestresultsandthepredictionresults,itisfoundthatthepredictioncurvesuggestedincurrentnationalcodeisnotguaranteedpreciseresult.Andthenoptimizationmethodisusedtofitalocalstrengthpredictioncurve.Thecurveisthenvalidatedwithmoretestresults.

摘  要:超细玻璃微珠作为改善高性能混凝土的矿物掺合料,对高性能混凝土强度的改善程度还有待进一步研究。本文通过试验研究了微珠和硅灰复掺以及水胶比对强度的影响;并应用价值工程理论,对玻璃微珠高性能混凝土强度进行优化设计分析,根据功能指数和成本指数确定价值指数,从而确定经济合理的强度设计方案,并应用极差分析了两种因素对强度的影响情况。Abstract:Asthemineraladmixtureofhighperformanceconcrete,theimprovementofthesuperfineglassbeadonthestrengthofhighperformanceconcreteneedstobefurtherstudied.Theeffectsofthemixingratioofbeadsandsilicafumeonthestrengthofwaterbinderratioarestudied.Bytheapplicationofvalueengineeringtheory,theglassbeadstrengthofhighperformanceconcreteanalysisanddesignoptimizationarecarriedout.Accordingtothefunctionalindexandthecostindex,thevalueindexisconfirmedtodeterminethestrengthofeconomicalandreasonabledesignscheme,andtheinfluenceofthesetwofactorsonthestrengthisanalyzedbytherangeanalysis.

摘 要:为了能够较准确地预测薄层砂浆砌筑砌体的抗压强度值,通过对30个试件进行了砌块砌体的抗压试验;基于规范建立了薄层砂浆砌筑混凝土砌体抗压强度的数学模型,研究了砌体受压破坏过程和破坏机理,对比了薄层砂浆与普通砂浆砌筑砌体的抗压性能。结果表明,本文模型具有可行性,且薄层砂浆能提高砌体的抗压强度。 Abstract: In order to predict the compressive strength of thin mortar masonry accurately,compression test of block masonry for 30 specimens was conducted. Based on the specification, a mathematical model of compressive strength of concrete masonry mortar layer was established, the failure process and failure mechanism of masonry compression were studied. The compressive properties of thin mortar and ordinary mortar masonry were compared. The results show that the model is feasible and the compressive strength of masonry mortar can be improved.

摘 要:对三根U型截面腹板预制装配式型钢混凝土梁进行低周反复荷载试验.分析其滞回曲线、骨架曲线、延性、强度衰减规律、刚度退化规律及耗能,研究不同剪跨比和不同现浇部分混凝土强度对PSRC梁抗震性能的影响。试验结果表明,剪跨比对PSRC梁的破坏特征影响较大;现浇部分混凝土强度能够提高试件的承载力及初始刚度,对变形能力及耗能性能影响较小;通过理论分析建立了PSRC梁屈服承载力计算公式。 Abstract: The low cyclic loading tests of three Prefabricated Steel Reinforced Concrete (PSRC)beams with U section is carried out. The hysteretic curves, skeleton curves, ductility, strength attenuation, stiffness degradation and energy dissipation are analyzed. The influence of shear span ratio and concrete strength in the cast-in-place area on the seismic behavior of PSRC beams is studied. The results show that the shear span ratio has a greater influence on the failure characteristics of PSRC beams. The concrete strength in the cast-in-place area improves the bearing capacity and initial stiffness of the specimen, but has little influence on deformation capacity and energy dissipation. Further, the formula of the yield bearing capacity of PSRC beam is established by theoretical analysis.

摘  要:试验探究了纤维素纤维对混凝土工作性能、基本力学性能、耐久性能的影响。结果表明,掺加纤维素纤维对混凝土流动性能影响较小,但对提高混凝土抗压强度及抗拉强度有一定作用,掺加1.5kg/m3纤维素纤维的混凝土抗压和抗拉强度分别提高6.62%、17.99%。纤维素纤维的掺加有利于改善混凝土抗渗性能及抗冻性能。Abstract:Theeffectofdifferentcontentofcellulosefiberontheworkingability,basicmechanicalpropertiesanddurabilityofthetunnelliningconcretewerestudied.Theresultsshowedthattheadditionofcellulosefiberhaslittleeffectontheflowperformanceofconcrete,butithasacertaineffectoncompressivestrengthandtensilestrengthofconcrete.Thecompressiveandtensilestrengthofconcretewith1.5kg/m3fiberincreased6.62%and17.99%respectively.Addingcellulosefiberishelpforimprovingimpermeabilityandfrostresistanceofconcrete.
