钢渣用于煤渣砖中的氡污染研究

摘 要:将钢渣细粉掺入煤渣砖中,测量其氡析出浓度和抗压强度,研究了钢渣加入煤渣砖后的氡污染情况,钢渣硬度高、表观密度大、放射性弱,钢渣细粉可填充煤渣砖的内部孔隙,形成了致密的结构,并且有足够数量的白色结晶形成,对煤渣砖中的氡有一定的屏蔽效果,钢渣本身对氡污染的贡献不多。钢渣细粉具有一定的活性,对煤渣砖的抗压强度产生影响,在钢渣加入量为35%时,抗压强度达到最大,此时的氡析出浓度也较低。
Abstract: Adding steel slag powder into coal cinder bricks, concentration of radon exhalation and compressive strength are measured, radon contamination with steel slag is studied after joining coal cinder block. With high hardness, great apparent density, weak radioactive, steel slag powder can fill internal pore of cinder brick module, then form dense structure, and have enough white crystalline form, shielding effect of radon in coal cinder bricks is obtained, the steel slag itself on the contribution of radon pollution is not much. Steel slag powder has a certain activity, which has effect on compressive strength of coal cinder bricks, in the amount of steel slag is 35%, compressive strength is maximum, the concentration of radon exhalation is low.
