纤维橡胶骨料混凝土弯曲韧性关键影响因素研究

摘 要:以弯拉应变和应变能密度为主要评价指标,研究了橡胶粉表面改性和掺量、纤维掺量、砂率和水灰比等因素对橡胶混凝土弯曲韧性的影响,并通过方差分析得出了影响弯曲韧性的关键因素。试验结果表明,橡胶粉表面改性能明显提高橡胶混凝土的弯拉应变和应变能密度,显著改善弯曲韧性;随着橡胶粉和纤维掺量的增大,弯拉应变和应变能密度呈现先增大后减小的变化规律,当橡胶粉掺量为10%,纤维掺量为1.0%时,弯曲韧性最好;当砂率小于0.32时,增大砂率能提高弯曲韧性,而当砂率大于0.32时,再增大砂率反而会使弯曲韧性降低;弯拉应变和应变能密度随水灰比的增大呈抛物线规律变化,当水灰比为0.39时,弯曲韧性最佳。
Abstract: Using flexural tensile strain and strain energy density as the main evaluation, the influence of rubber powder surface modification and content, fiber content, sand and cement ratio and water-cement ratio on flexural toughness of rubberized concrete is studied, and the key factors affecting the flexural toughness is obtained through analysis of variance. The results show that the flexural tensile strain and strain energy density of rubber concrete can increased obviously by rubber powder surface modification, and bending toughness is significantly improved; with the increasing of rubber powder and fiber content, the flexural tensile strain and strain energy density increase first, then decreases. When the rubber powder content is 10%, fiber content is 1.0%, the flexural toughness is the best; when the sand rate is less than 0.32, increasing sand rate can improve the flexural toughness, however, when sand ratio is more than 0.32, increasing sand rate decreases flextural toughness. With the increasing water-cement ratio, flexural tensile strain and strain energy density increase parabolic law changes, when water-cement ratio is 0.39, the bending toughness is the best.
