预应力碳纤维板锚固钢筋混凝土梁抗弯试验研究

摘 要:对3根梁进行了试验,一根为对比梁,一根为普通碳纤维板加固,一根为预应力碳纤维板加固,研究了碳纤维板对钢筋混凝土梁的加固效果。同时设计了一套较为可靠的张拉锚固设备,制定了一套较完整的张拉工艺。通过梁抗弯试验,对应变、挠度、承载力进行了研究。试验证明,加固梁的开裂荷载均有提高,但提高不明显,极限荷载提高幅度较大,且预应力碳纤维板加固梁较普通碳纤维板加固提高更多;在增加梁的刚度、降低延性发展方面,预应力碳纤维板加固效果更好;试验过程中碳纤维板未出现滑移,锚固效果良好,有效地延缓了碳纤维板的剥离破坏。
Abstract: The experiment of three beams which include a beam contrast, an ordinary carbon fiber reinforcement and a prestressed carbon fiber reinforcement, is carried out. The reinforced effect of carbon fiber slab on reinforced concrete beam is studied. At the same time, the tension anchor equipment is designed, and the complete tension technology is formulated. Through beam bending test, strain, deflection and capacity are studied. Experiment shows that cracking load of reinforced beam is increased, but not obvious, ultimate load increase is relatively improved, and prestressed reinforced concrete beams increases more than ordinary carbon fiber reinforced; in the aspect of increasing stiffness of the beam and decreasing ductility, reinforced effects of prestressed carbon fiber slab is better; slip does not occur during the experiment process, the anchor effect is good, which can effectively delay debonding failure of carbon fiber slab.
