摘 要:从比表面积、胶砂强度、水化产物等方面研究对比了单一助磨剂和复配助磨剂对粒化高炉矿渣性能的影响,同时探索了有效助磨剂对矿渣粉助磨时的合适掺量。试验结果表明,助磨剂能有效提高粉磨效率,增大物料的比表面积。 Abstract:The effect of grinding aids and composite grinding aids on grinding performance of slag was studied by determining specific surface area, mortar strength and cement hydration. The suitable addition content of the grinding aids was also studied. The results showed that all grinding aids have good grinding effect on slag and specific surface area.

摘 要:对一种粉砂土水泥土进行配合比设计,该水泥土仅以当地滩涂粉砂土作为骨料,不使用砂石等粗骨料。采用三因素三水平的正交试验法对其配合比进行试验,通过极差和方差分析,得到土胶比、水胶比、水泥量对水泥土坍落度和28d抗压强度的影响程度;进行了回归分析,建立了线性回归方程;结合相应曲线,得到相应情况下的最优配合比。 Abstract: A kind of silty sand concrete mixure ratio is designed. This concrete selects the silty sand on local beaches as fine aggregate of concrete. Three factors of soil cement ratio, water cement ratio and cement dosage are considered in an orthogonal test with three levels adopted in three factors. On the basis of range and variance analysis of the test results, the influence of different experimental factors on the 28d compression strength and the slump is studied. A series of regression relationships of 28d compression strength and the slump with regression software are derived. According to the corresponding curves, the optimal mixure ratio is obtained.

摘 要:在东非肯尼亚蒙内铁路工程中,车站的装机维修保养车间等设计有不发火的细石混凝土地面,以防止在遭遇撞击或摩擦的情况下产生火花。本文从东非地区当地原材料入手,通过对不同混凝土配比的工作性、强度及不发火性能的对比研究,采用当地地材配制出了满足规范要求的不发火混凝土,并对施工过程中需要注意的问题进行了叙述。 Abstract: In the Mombasa-Nairobi standard gauge railway project of Kenya, the non-sparking concrete was used in the installation and maintenance room of the railway station to avoid sparking when collision and friction happened. The raw material in the East Africa was used to study the work ability, strength and non-sparking performance. The non-sparking concrete that meeting the requirement was prepared and the issues in the construction were described.

摘 要:基于荷载-结构法隧道计算理论,建立了公路隧道衬砌厚度不足病害的力学模型,分析了粘贴钢板加固计算理论理论,研制了公路隧道衬砌病害及加固分析软件,可以量化评价衬砌厚度不足及粘贴钢板加固后对结构承载力的影响。以某公路隧道为依托,利用公路隧道病害加固软件,分析了二衬配筋不足、厚度不足等衬砌缺陷对其结构安全影响,提出采用粘贴钢板加固,并分析了治理后结构安全性,验证了加固措施的合理性。 Abstract: Based on the calculation theory of load structure method on tunnel, the mechanical simulation model of the highway tunnel lining disease of lining thickness was established, and the reinforcing with bonding steel plates was analyzed. The highway tunnel lining damage and reinforcement mechanics simulation software was developed to evaluate the bearing capacity of lining diseases and bonding steel plate. Combined with the tunnel of the highway, the software was used to analyze the influence that second lining defects, such as inadequate arrangement of reinforcement and insufficient thickness on the structural safety and put forward the method to strengthen the structure with bonded steel plates. The safety of the structure after treatment by establishing the calculation model of bonded steel plate was analyzed to verify the rationality of reinforcement measures.

摘 要:针对混凝土钻磨破坏现有测定方法的弊端,在优选钻头的前提下,探索了钻磨时间和荷载对混凝土钻磨深度的影响规律,研究了混凝土不同条件下钻磨深度的比较方法,确定了不同强度等级混凝土的最佳钻磨时间和荷载。在此基础上,提出了与钻磨破坏相应、适合实验室用的钻磨试验新方法,并在超高强混凝土上进行了应用。 Abstract: According to the deficiencies in measurement method of concrete drill-grinding damage, the influence laws of drill-grinding time, load on drill-grinding depth of concrete were studied based on the premise of drill selecting, the comparative method of drill-grinding depth of concrete under different conditions is pointed out, and optimal drill-grinding time and the load of concrete with the different strength grade are confirmed. On this basis, a new drill-grinding test method, which is applicable to lab, corresponding to concrete drill-grinding damage is put forward, and is applied on ultra-high strength concrete.

摘  要:研究了干混砂浆散装移动筒仓对散装干混砂浆质量的影响。使用自行设计的移动筒仓在线取样器取样,利用移动筒仓进、出料均匀度的差值来评价移动筒仓的防离析效果。试验结果表明,移动筒仓进、出料均匀度的差值应≤5。连续混浆机的构造对新拌湿砂浆的质量影响较大;将连续混浆机的出料进行二次标准搅拌,利用二次搅拌前、后新拌湿砂浆的稠度差可以评价连续混浆机的混浆效果;普通干混砌筑砂浆、普通干混抹灰砂浆采用连续混浆机二次混浆前、后的稠度差应≤12。Abstract:Therelationshipbetweenthemobilesilostructureandthequalityofthebulkdry-mixedmortarisstudied,andthequalityofthebulkdry-mixedmortarismoreinfluencedbythestructureofthemobilesilo.Itcanbeevaluatedtheanti-segregatingresultofmobilesilousingtheuniformitydifferencebetweenthechargeanddischargeofdry-mixedmortarbyusing on-linesamplingequipment.Theresultsshowthattheuniformitydifferenceshouldbeless5.Thequalityofthefreshmortarismoreinfluencedbythestructureofthecontinuousmixer;itcanbeevaluatedthemixingresultofthecontinuousmixerusingtheconsistencedifferencebetweenthebeforeandtheafterofstandardre-mixing,andtheconsistencedifferenceofplasteringandmasonrymortarshouldbeless12.

摘 要:通过正交设计试验,分析研究了影响化学发泡混凝土孔径大小的主要因素,其中增稠剂用量作用最为明显;孔径越小泡沫混凝土的吸水率越小。此外,孔径的分布也会影响吸水率,分布越均匀泡沫混凝土吸水率越小。 Abstract: The main factors affecting the pore size of chemical foamed concrete are analyzed by orthogonal design test, and the dosage of thickener is the most obvious factor. The smaller pore size, the smaller water absorption of foam concrete. In addition, the pore size distribution also affects the bibulous rate, The more uniform distribution of foam concrete, the smaller water absorption.

摘 要:结合工程实例,以某大型超市楼盖为研究对象,利用有限元软件YJK进行结构分析与设计,通过比较薄壁箱体现浇混凝土空心楼盖和现浇混凝土实心楼板两种楼盖体系在荷载、跨度等相同参数条件下的经济指标,提出薄壁箱体现浇混凝土空心楼盖体系的适用范围。通过对两种楼盖结构体系在相同条件下的混凝土和钢筋用量的分析比较中可以得出:只要结构的跨度大于9m,无论所受活荷载大小,薄壁箱体现浇混凝土空心楼盖结构体系均会具有更好的经济性能,且其经济性会随着结构跨度和荷载的增加而更加明显。 Abstract: Combining with the project example,a large supermarket floor is taken as the object of research, and the finite element software YJK is used to simulate and analyze. The applicable scope of cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor with thin-wall core box is proposed by comparing economic indicators of the cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor with thin-wall core box and cast-in-situ concrete solid slab under the same parameters such as load and span. Based on comparative analysis of the amount of concrete and steel of the two floor structure system under the same conditions, it can be concluded that when the structural span is more than 9m, no matter what size of the live load, the cast- in-situ concrete hollow floor with thin-wall core box will have better economic performance, and this kind of economic growth will be more apparent with the increase of structural span and load.

摘  要:采用物理发泡方式制备了不同密度等级泡沫混凝土,研究了泡沫混凝土经高温热处理后的性能和结构演化。结果表明:随热处理温度提高,各密度泡沫混凝土的质量损失增加、抗压强度降低、吸水率增加,且均在800℃时趋于一致。密度等级对高温热处理后的泡沫混凝土性能影响较为明显。在400℃以前,300~400kg/m3密度等级的泡沫混凝土质量和抗压强度损失更大,吸水率增加更多;在600℃温度处理后,各密度等级的泡沫混凝土基本性能均出现明显下降;在800℃时,各密度等级泡沫混凝土基本性能趋于一致,质量损失为20%左右,质量吸水率为65%~70%,基本丧失抗压强度。Abstract:Foamconcretewithdifferentdensitywasprepared,thepropertiesandstructuralevolutionoffoamconcreteafterhightemperatureheattreatmentwerestudied.Theresultsshowedthatthemasslossincreases,thecompressivestrengthdecreases,thewaterabsorptionincreaseswiththeincreasingofheattreatmenttemperatureandallthesetendtobeconsistentat800℃.Theeffectofdifferentdensityontheperformanceoffoamconcreteafterhightemperatureheattreatmentisobvious.Themasslossandwaterabsorptionincreasehigher,thecompressivestrengthdecreasehigherwhenthedensityoffoamconcreteis300~400kg/m3under400℃.Thebasicperformanceofdifferentdensityoffoamconcretedecreaseobviouslywhentheheattreatmenttemperatureis600℃.Allthesebasicperformancetendtobeconsistentat800℃,themassloseis20%,waterabsorptionis65%~70%andthecompressivestrengthisalmostzero.

摘 要:在已有单掺钢纤维和合成纤维混凝土的研究基础上,研究了聚乙烯醇纤维(PVA)和钢纤维混杂,及两种不同参数钢纤维混杂的增韧、增强效果。结果表明,相对于单掺纤维,不同纤维混杂可使混凝土的弯曲强度及弯曲韧性明显提高,荷载作用下混凝土弯曲荷载-挠度曲线的下降段明显变缓,应变硬化现象更为明显,混杂纤维可以产生协同增强效应。 Abstract: Based on the research of existing single steel fiber and synthetic fiber reinforced concrete,the effect of PVA fiber, steel fiber hybrid toughening effect and two different parameters of hybrid steel fiber on toughening, reinforcing were studied. The results showed that different characteristics of the fiber mixed together can significantly improve the bending strength of concrete and flexural toughness when compared with the single fiber,the flexural load-deflection curves of concrete falling speed is slow and the strain hardening phenomenon is more obvious,hybrid fiber can produce synergistic effects.
