摘 要:以粒化高炉高钛矿渣粉为主要原料,水玻璃为激发剂,铝粉为引气剂,制备了碱激发高钛矿渣免烧陶粒。试验发现单一使用高钛矿渣粉制备的陶粒保气量不足、堆积密度较大,提出添加少量粉煤灰或固硫灰对其进行了改性,研究改性前后陶粒性能,利用XRD、SEM等手段探讨了陶粒矿物组成和微观结构。试验结果表明,掺入适量的粉煤灰或固硫灰,体系浆体黏度提高,保气量改善,能制备出容重更小的免烧陶粒。 Abstract: Sinter-free lightweight aggregates(SLWA) have been prepared by using titanium slag as raw material, sodium silicate water glass as alkaline activator and aluminite powder (AP) as air-entraining agent. And the relatively high bulk density of SLWA was observed, due to the low viscosity and gas preservation of pastes when titanium slag was used alone. Therefore, fly ash and circulating fluidized bed combustion fly ash (CFBC) were used to improve properties of SLWA.And the XRD and SEM tests were used to study the mineral composition and microstructures of prepared SLWA. The results showed that the viscosity and gas preservation could be improved. And the SLWA with lower bulk density has been obtained.

摘 要:针对目前隧道渗漏水的现状和原因,摈弃以室内试件抗渗等级评价衬砌混凝土防渗性能的传统思路,以改善混凝土流动性及抗裂性进而提升实体结构防渗性能的新思路来进行衬砌混凝土的配制。在此基础上,通过流动性控制、外加剂改性、内养护减缩等途径开展了衬砌混凝土性能优化研究,制备出了不依赖于现场施工水平的大流动性内养护抗裂衬砌混凝土,并结合施工缝及变形缝等细部防水措施,在某富水区地铁隧道进行了工程应用,取得了较好的防渗漏效果。 Abstract: According to the current status and cause analysis of tunnel seepage, a new idea to improve the fluidity and crack resistance of concrete and thus enhance impervious performance of concrete structure was proposed, replacing the traditional idea of using laboratory permeability grade of the specimens to evaluate impervious performance of lining concrete. On this basis, with the technologies of fluidity control, admixtures modification and shrinkage reducing by internal curing, study on performance optimization of lining concrete was carried out, and lining concrete with performance of high-fluidity, internal curing and high anti-cracking was prepared, which was independent of construction level in-site. Combined with the detail waterproof measures of construction joint and deformation joint, above measures were applied in a metro tunnel served in rich water zone, and desirable effect of seepage prevention was obtained in this project.

摘 要:水泥混凝土路面加铺沥青混合料形成复合式路面,其层间的界面特性是复合式路面耐久性的重要影响因素,而水泥混凝土路面表面的细观粗糙度和宏观纹理是影响复合式路面界面黏结性能的重要因素。本文针对不同尺度下水泥混凝土路面构造特性进行了研究,结果表明,机制砂混凝土路面表面粗糙度及抗滑性能指标普遍低于河砂混凝土;不同处理方式作用下,水泥混凝土路面表面细观粗糙度和宏观构造深度差别很大。 Abstract:The interfacial characteristics of the composite pavement is an important factor affecting the durability of composite pavement made of asphalt mixture on cement concrete pavement. And the microcosmic roughness and macroscopic tectonic depth of the cement concrete pavement surface are the important factors which affect the adhesive performance of the composite pavement interface. The structural characteristics of cement concrete pavement under different scales are studied. The results show that the surface roughness and anti-sliding performance of the machine-made sand concrete pavement are generally lower than those of the river sand concrete. Under the different treatment methods, the surface roughness and macroscopic structure depth of cement concrete pavement are very different.

摘 要:为了提高张拉精度和自动化水平,设计了一种预应力水泥电杆用智能预应力张拉机。该张拉机由触摸屏、PLC、传感器和液压驱动部分组成,工作时选择预先输入的张拉参数,自动张拉并打印张拉结果,并可插入“U”盘将张拉结果拷贝到电脑中转换成Excel格式文件保存。Abstract:Inordertoimprovetheprecisionandautomationleveloftension,akindofsmartprestressedtensioningmachineforprestressedcementpoleisdesigned.Thetensioningmachineconsistsofthetouchscreen,PLC,sensorandhydraulicparts.Whenworking,thetensionparametersistypedahead,thentheautomatictensioningisdoneandthetensionresultisprinted.Inaddition,thetensionresultcanbecopedintothe"U"diskandconvertedtoExcelformatfileinthecomputer.

摘 要:随着湿拌砂浆的应用与推广,对湿拌砂浆专用外加剂的研究越来越多。本文研究了砂浆外加剂KZJ-M100不同掺量对掺石粉湿拌砂浆的和易性、保水性、拉伸黏结强度、抗压强度和收缩率的影响,试验结果表明,当KZJ-M100的用量为胶凝材料质量的0.03%~0.04%时,掺石粉湿拌砂浆的综合性能可达到最佳的状态。同时分析了KZJ-M100对掺不同细度模数砂子的湿拌砂浆性能的影响,结果表明,使用细度模数为2.2~2.6的砂子的应用效果较好。Abstract:Withtheapplicationandpopularizationofwet-mixedmortar,moreandmoreresearchesarefocusingonbuildingmortaradmixture.TheinfluenceoftheamountofmortaradmixtureKZJ-M100onworkability,water-retainingproperty,tensileadhesivestrength,compressivestrengthandshrinkingpercentageofwet-mixedmortarcontaininggroundlimestonewerestudied.Theresultsshowedthat,whenthecontentofKZJ-M100weights0.03%~0.04%ofthecementitiousmaterial,thecomprehensiveperformanceofwet-mixedmortarreachestheoptimalstatus.Meanwhile,theeffectofsandfinenessmodulusonwet-mixedmortaradmixtureKZJ-M100werealsoanalyzed,theexperimentalresultindicatedthatthesandfinenessmodulusfrom 2.2~2.6hasthegoodapplicationvalue.

摘 要:研究了水灰比对磷渣粉煤灰泡沫混凝土流动性、干密度、强度、干缩性能和吸水率的影响。结果表明,磷渣粉煤灰泡沫混凝土随着水灰比从0.35增加到0.55,泡沫混凝土的流动度增大,干密度先减小再增大,7d和28d的抗折、抗压强度先升高后降低,吸水率先降低后增大,收缩值先减小后增加。当水灰比为0.40时,泡沫混凝土的流动度、干密度、7d和28d的抗压强度、抗折强度、吸水率和收缩值等性能均达到最佳值。Abstract:Theeffectofwatercementratioonthefluidity,drydensity,strength,dryshrinkageandwaterabsorptionoffoamconcretewasstudi.Theresultsshowedthatwithwatercementratioincreasingfrom0.35to0.55,thefluidityofthephosphorusslagandflyashfoamedconcreteincreases,thedrydensitydecreasesfirstandthenincreases,7dand28dflexuralandcompressivestrengthincreasesfirstandthendecreases,waterabsorptiondecreasesfirstandthenincreases,shrinkagevaluedecreasesfirstandthenincreases.Whenthewatercementratiois0.40,theflowrate,drydensity,7dand28dcompressivestrength,waterabsorptionandshrinkagevalueareallreachingthebestvalue.

摘  要:以某公司排放的提铝粉煤灰残渣为研究对象,利用激光粒度分析仪、SEM、XRF、XRD等分析测试技术,研究了提铝残渣的粒度分布、颗粒形貌、化学成分、矿物组成等相关性质。以提铝粉煤灰残渣为主要原料,采用压制成型的方法制备了轻质保温板,各组分之间最佳配比为:提铝残渣40%,脱硫石膏15%,砂15%,水30%。Abstract:Theflyashresidueafterextractingaluminumwerestudied.Thesizedistribution,morphology,chemicalcomposition,mineralcompositionareinvestigatedbymeansoflaserparticlesizeanalyzer,SEM、XRF、XRD.Thelightweightinsulationboardcanbeproducedbyusingpressuremoldingmethod.Andthebestratioofcomponentswere40%flyashresidue,15%desulfurizationgypsum,15%sandand30%water.

摘 要:以成都地区装配式公共建筑为例,分别选取64mm厚模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料保温板(简称EPS保温板)、52mm厚挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料保温板(简称XPS保温板)、39mm厚聚氨酯硬泡沫塑料保温板(简称PUR保温板)、58mm厚硬质酚醛泡沫保温板(简称PF保温板)作为夹心保温层材料,研究预制混凝土夹心保温外墙板的内部冷凝情况,其中保温材料的厚度依据GB 50189—2015《公共建筑节能设计标准》对外墙传热系数的最低要求选定。结果表明,各类型预制混凝土夹心保温墙板内部均会出现冷凝现象,但冷凝区域较小,重量湿度增量依次为1.08%、0.75%、4.50%和1.36%,满足GB 50176—1993《民用建筑热工设计规范》的要求。 Abstract: Taking the assembled public buildings in Chengdu as an example, EPS insulation board with 64mm thick, XPS thermal insulation board with 52mm thick, PUR thermal insulation with 39mm thick and PF thermal insulation board with 58mm thick were selected as the sandwich insulation layer material to study the condensation of precast concrete. The thickness of thermal insulation board is set according to the minimum requirements of the standard GB 50189—2015. The results show that there is an internal condensation problem in these precast concrete sandwich facade panels with different kinds of thermal insulation boards. But the condensation area is small. The weight of the humidity increment of 1.08%, 0.75%, 4.50% and 1.36% can meet the requirements of the standard GB 50176—1993.

摘  要:研究了聚丙烯纤维掺量及长度对混凝土抗压强度的影响,结果表明,当聚丙烯纤维的长度为8mm时,所配制的混凝土强度最高。当聚丙烯纤维掺量小于0.5kg/m3时,高强混凝土抗压强度有所增加;而当聚丙烯纤维掺量高于0.5kg/m3时,高强混凝土抗压强度开始降低。Abstract:Theinfluenceoftheamountandlengthofpolypropylenefiberonthecompressivestrengthofconcretewasstudied, theresultsshowedthatthestrengthofconcreteisthehighestwhenthelengthofpolypropylenefiberis8mm.Whenthepolypropylenefibercontentislessthan0.5kg/m3,thecompressivestrengthofhigh-strengthconcreteincreases,butwhenthepolypropylenefibercontentishigherthan0.5kg/m3,thecompressivestrengthofhigh-strengthconcretedecreases.

摘 要:制备了钢纤维石墨导电混凝土,进行了电流类型及电压大小对电阻率影响的相关试验。研究发现,交流电源供电时,导电混凝土试件的电阻率小于直流电源供电时的电阻率,两者的差值随电压的增加而减小;无论是交流电源还是直流电源供电(电压在60V以下),试件电阻率均与电压成反比,两者呈二次抛物线关系,电阻率的变化幅度随电压的增加而减小。 Abstract:The electric conductive concrete (ECC) was prepared, the influence of current type and voltage size on the resistivity was studied by related experiments. The results showed that the resistivity of ECC under AC power is smaller than that of ECC under DC power at the same voltage. The difference between two resistivity reduces as the increasing of voltage. No matter the power supply is AC or DC, the resistivity and the ratio of resistivity are both inversely proportional to voltage.
