矿物掺合料对混凝土体积稳定性的影响

摘 要:以C60混凝土为研究对象,通过单掺和复掺不同比例的粉煤灰、矿粉、偏高岭土,研究各矿物掺合料对混凝土抗压强度及体积稳定性的影响。结果表明,单掺粉煤灰和偏高岭土能有效降低混凝土试件的收缩率,其中掺加20%粉煤灰的混凝土试件,60d收缩率相比不掺加时降低了19.07%,单掺偏高岭土10%与20%时,收缩率分别降低了28.66%和30.27%,二者相差不大。复掺10%偏高岭土+20%粉煤灰时,混凝土试件的收缩率得到进一步降低,60d收缩率仅为空白样的60.02%,且28d抗压强度为63.5MPa,与空白样相比略微降低。
Abstract: Effects of three kinds of mineral admixtures ( fly ash, slag power and metakaolin ) on the compressive strength and volume stability of concrete are researched. Different dosages of mineral admixtures are added into concrete with strength grade C60 by the methods of separate addition and compound addition. The experimental results show that the shrinkage of concrete specimens is decreased after adding fly ash and metakaolin separately. At 60 days, contrasting to the blank sample with no admixtures, the shrinkage of concrete specimens with 20% fly ash is decreased by 19.07%, the shrinkage of concrete specimens with 10% and 20% metakaolin is decreased by 28.66% and 30.27% respectively. The compound addition of 10% metakaolin and 20%fly ash has a better effect on reducing the concrete shrinkage, according to data, this concrete shrinkage is only about 60.02% of the blank sample, at the same time, 28d compressive strength reaches to 63.5MPa, which is not much difference to the blank sample.
