钛矿渣对泡沫混凝土性能的影响研究

摘 要:利用普通硅酸盐水泥与钛矿渣,采用物理发泡工艺在水料比0.35的条件下,制备了泡沫混凝土,并结合XRD、SEM对钛矿渣泡沫混凝土微观结构及组成进行了分析,同时研究了钛矿渣微粉掺量对泡沫混凝土气孔、抗压强度及收缩的影响。研究表明,钛矿渣掺入促使泡沫混凝土气孔变大;钛矿渣取代15%水泥制备的泡沫混凝土干密度为517.0kg/m3,56d抗压强度增长22.5%,为3.8MPa,56d收缩降低36.5%,减小到2.45mm/m。
Abstract: By using ordinary Portland cement with titanium slag, foam concrete is prepared by adopting physical foaming process under the condition of water material ratio of 0.35, and microstructure and composition of titanium slag foamed concrete are analyzed which is combined with XRD and SEM, meanwhile, the influence of titanium slag powder content on foam concrete porosity, compressive strength and shrinkage is analyzed. The results show that, foam concrete porosity become larger with mixed titanium slag; dry density of foam concrete is 517.0kg/m3 which is prepared by titanium slag to replace of 15% cement, 56day compressive strength is 3.8MPa with increasing 22.5%, 56d shrinkage is 2.45mm/m by decreasing 36.5%.
