橡胶膨胀混凝土抗裂性能和力学性能研究

摘 要:为研究橡胶集料高抗开裂混凝土的抗开裂性能,研究了普通砂浆、橡胶集料砂浆、掺膨胀剂砂浆和双掺橡胶集料与膨胀剂砂浆的抗开裂性能以及普通混凝土、橡胶集料混凝土、补偿收缩混凝土和双掺橡胶集料与膨胀剂混凝土的力学性能。试验结果表明,在砂浆中加入膨胀剂和橡胶能提高混凝土的抗裂性,两者复掺优于单掺膨胀剂砂浆、橡胶集料砂浆和普通砂浆;膨胀剂的掺加提高了橡胶混凝土的抗压和抗折强度,同时也减少了混凝土的压折比,弥补了橡胶加入后混凝土强度的部分减少量。
Abstract: To study the cracking resistance of rubber expansion concrete, the cracking resistance of ordinary mortar, crumb rubber mortar, mortar with expanding agent, mortar with both expanding agent and crumb rubber is studied, and the mechanical properties of ordinary concrete, crumb rubber concrete, shrinkage-compensating concrete and concrete with both expending agent and crumb rubber are also researched. The results show that mortar with both expanding agent and crumb rubber can enhance the cracking resistance of concrete which is superior to mortar with expanding only, with crumb rubber only and ordinary mortar. It reflects that rubber expansion concrete has better cracking resistance. The addition of expanding agent can improve the compressive and flexural strength of rubber expansion concrete, simultaneously reduce the compression flexure ratio which compensates for the loss of strength of the concrete due to the addition of rubber.
