膨胀剂对钢管再生混凝土柱轴压性能影响的试验研究

摘 要:为了减少核心再生混凝土的收缩变形,防止钢管与核心再生混凝土脱离,在再生混凝土配合比设计时掺入不同掺量的膨胀剂。对6根再生混凝土替代率相同、膨胀剂掺量不同的钢管再生混凝土短柱进行了轴压试验,通过试验获得了试件的极限承载能力、荷载位移关系曲线、荷载与横向应变及纵向应变曲线。结果表明:掺入适量的膨胀剂能提高钢管再生混凝土短柱的轴压极限荷载,但掺量过大反而会使试件的核心再生混凝强度和轴压极限荷载下降。
Abstract: In order to reduce the shrinkage of the core recycled concrete and prevent the pipe from separating with the core recycled concrete, different admixture amounts of the expansive agent are added into the recycled concrete. The axial compression test has been done on the 6 recycled concrete-filled steel stub columns with the same substitution of the concrete but different admixture amounts of the expansive agent, and the ultimate bearing capacity, displacement-load curve, the relationship of the displacement with longitudinal strain and lateral strain are got. It is concluded that right amount of the expansive agent can increase the ultimate load of the recycled concrete-filled steel tube, but it can also reduce the recycled concrete strength and ultimate load if adding too much expansive agent.
