养护制度对高强度纤维增强水泥基复合材料(FRCC)性能影响的试验研究

摘 要:采用52.5R硅酸盐水泥、标准砂、硅灰、粉煤灰、高效减水剂、钢纤维、聚乙烯醇纤维等原材料配制高强度纤维增强水泥基复合材料(FRCC),在标准养护条件下,进行不同龄期、不同纤维种类及不同纤维掺量的试验研究,试验结果表明,采用标准养护制度,90d龄期时,FRCC能够达到实际工程要求的抗压强度和抗折强度。
Abstract:The high-performance FRCC (Fiber Reinforced Cementitious Composite)was prepared by using 52.5R Portland cement, standard sand, volatilized silica, fly ash, super plasticizer, steel fibers, polyvinyl alcohol fibers and other materials. Under the condition of standard curing, the influences of different age, different kinds and content of fibers on the FRCC were studied. The results show that FRCC has high compressive strength and flexural strength, which can meet the load requirements of engineering practice at age of 90d.
