纤维泡沫混凝土强度的正交试验

摘 要:采用正交试验法对9组纤维泡沫混凝土和1组泡沫混凝土进行强度试验,考察的因素有纤维种类、纤维掺量和纤维长度,同时对不同纤维与浆体基体的结合进行微观分析。通过正交试验的直观分析法比较各因素对纤维泡沫混凝土强度的影响。结果表明:在纤维种类、掺量以及长度三因素中,纤维掺量对纤维泡沫混凝土的强度影响最大,纤维长度影响最小;同时,加入适量的纤维可以提高泡沫混凝土的强度,抗折强度比抗压强度提高更为显著。
Abstract:The compressive strength and flexural strength of 9 groups of foam concrete specimens and 1 group of foam concrete specimen are tested using the orthogonal experimental method to study the affect of fiber types, fiber contents and fiber lengths on the mechanical properties of foam concrete, and analyze the binding performance of fiber and cement mortar. The test results show that the fiber contents play the most important role in improving strengths of fiber foam concrete, and the role of fiber lengths is the smallest in the three factors. In addition, adding the right content of fiber can improve the strength of foam concrete, and the flexural strength of foam concrete improves higher than that of its compressive strength.
