石膏基膨胀珍珠岩保温板的制备及影响因素研究

摘 要:研究了石膏、引气剂、发泡剂与聚丙烯纤维对石膏基膨胀珍珠岩制品强度及干表观密度的影响。结果表明,随石膏用量减少,制品的干表观密度减小,抗压与抗折强度略减小;在相同石膏用量下,掺入引气剂能显著降低制品的干表观密度,但会对制品的抗折与抗压强度产生不利的影响;随着发泡剂掺量的增加,制品的抗压与抗折强度降低,而制品的干表观密度也减小;随聚丙烯纤维含量的提高,制品干表观密度降低。
Abstract: The effects of gypsum, foaming agent, retarder and polypropylene fiber on compressive strength and dry bulk density of gypsum-based expanded perlite products are studied. The results show that with the decreasing of gypsum content, dry bulk density, compressive and flexural strength of products decrease. Under the same content of gypsum, adding the foaming agent can significantly reduce the dry bulk density of products, but may have an adverse effect to the flexural and compressive strength of the products. With the increasing of hydrogen peroxide content, the compressive, flexural strength and dry bulk density of products all decrease. In addition, with the increasing of polypropylene fiber content, dry bulk density of products decreases.
