复合胶凝材料配制快速修补材料性能研究

摘 要:为了对国防工程进行快速修补,将普通硅酸盐水泥和硫铝酸盐水泥(SAC)按不同比例进行复配,研究复合体系凝结时间、强度、变形等性能,优化配合比,满足快速修补的特殊要求。试验结果表明,当SAC含量在15%时,复合胶凝材料在各方面均表现出优异的性能,在此基准配比基础上掺入适量聚丙烯纤维及高效减水剂,即可配制出具有较短凝结时间、良好和易性、较高强度及粘结强度的复合胶凝快速修补砂浆。
Abstract: In order to repair defense construction rapidly, according to the different proportion, Portland cement and sulphoaluminate cement are used to make up a composite cementitious material, the setting time, strength and deformation of composite system are researched to satisfy the special requirement of fast repair. Test results show that composite cementitious material has superior performance in various aspects when the SAC is 15%, on the basis of this benchmark ratio mixed with proper amount of polypropylene fiber and high efficiency water reducing agent, composite cementitious mortar can be made out with a short setting time, good workability, high strength and bond strength .
