再生EPS级配对EPS保温砂浆性能影响的研究

摘 要:提出了再生聚苯乙烯(EPS)泡沫级配理论,研究了EPS颗粒级配对再生EPS保温砂浆抗压强度、抗折强度、粘结强度、吸水率、导热系数等性能的影响。试验结果表明,中粒径、2区的EPS制作的保温砂浆的综合性能最好,并提出用人工适配的方法配置出中粒径、2区的EPS,对控制再生EPS泡沫颗粒级配有重要的技术及经济意义。
Abstract: Recycled polystyrene foam grading theory is proposed in this paper, and the influences of particle distribution on the workability, compressive strength, flexural strength, adhesive strength, thermal conductivity and water of absorption of EPS thermal insulating mortar are experimentally studied. The results of the test show that the medium particle size in area 2 can make the best for the comprehensive performance of EPS thermal insulation mortar. Meanwhile, a method of using artificial adaptation of particle size in area 2 is proposed. Controlling the particle distribution of recycled polystyrene foam grain size has important technical and great economic significance.
