废弃混凝土中硬化水泥浆体的分离与应用研究

摘 要:采用自行开发的废弃混凝土回收装置,对工程拆除产生的废弃混凝土进行破碎、分离处理,验证了该技术分离废弃混凝土的效果;得到的硬化水泥浆体经磨细后进行了水泥混合材料以及混凝土掺合料的性能试验。试验结果表明,硬化水泥浆体粉活性指数大于65%,具有一定活性,其他性能指标(标准稠度用水量、凝结时间、安定性、流动度比)符合水泥及掺合料有关技术要求,可以作为水泥混合材料及混凝土掺合料使用。
Abstract: The well-separated aggregates and the hardened cement paste are obtained from the waste concrete, which is through a process of crushing and separating of the waste concrete by using self-developed waste concrete recycling equipment. The experiment shows that this self-developed recycling equipment is effective, the obtained size of hardened cement paste is smaller than 0.15mm which is easy to fine grinding. The ground hardened cement paste is used as an admixture in cement and concrete respectively to be tested, and the properties are tested as well. The test results show that the hardened cement paste possesses activity, and its pozzolanic activity index is greater than 65%. Performance indexes such as water requirement of normal consistency, setting time and soundness all meet the requirements of cement performances. The hardened cement paste can be used as cement blending material and the concrete admixture.
