引气剂对粉煤灰基干混砂浆性能的影响

摘 要:掺加具有较大发泡倍数和较低泌水率的引气剂可有效改善干混砂浆的工作性,并以粉煤灰替代部分水泥,研究了两种引气剂对砂浆工作性能、力学性能的影响规律,并对胶凝材料体系最佳配比进行了试验优选。研究结果表明,水灰比为0.53,引气剂掺量在0.5%左右时,新拌砂浆的流动性、保水性、干缩率等性能均满足规范要求;7d和28d抗压强度均满足M10级强度要求;在引气剂掺0.5%、粉煤灰掺20%左右时,新拌砂浆的工作性能也能满足规范要求。
Abstract: Adding the air entraining agent which has larger expansion ratio and smaller bleeding rate can improve the workability of dry-mixed mortar efficiently, with the fly ash replacing some cement, the influencing rules of two kinds of air entraining agent on the mortar’s workability and mechanical properties are studied, and the best mix proportion of binding material mortar is optimally selected. The experimental results show that when the water to cement ratio is 0.53 and the air entraining agent volume is about 0.5%, the fresh mortar’s fluidity, water retention and dry shrinkage can meet the standard requirement, the 7d and 28d compressive strength of dry-mixed coating mortar are 11.2MPa, 8.6MPa and 18.8MPa, 15MPa respectively, all meet the strength requirement of M10. In addition, under the mixing two kinds of air entraining agent in 0.5%, fly ash replacing about 20% cement, the fresh mortar’s workability can also meet the standard requirement.
