单向分布钢纤维混凝土的力学性能研究

摘 要:通过恒定磁场控制混凝土拌合物中的钢纤维方向,制备出单向分布钢纤维混凝土,对其劈裂抗拉、抗压和抗折等力学性能进行了试验分析。结果表明,与相同掺量的普通钢纤维混凝土相比,单向分布钢纤维混凝土的劈裂抗拉、抗压和抗折等力学性能均有不同程度的提高,且提高程度随纤维掺量的增加而降低,说明混凝土中纤维掺量对于纤维的定向效果有着较大影响,从而影响着纤维方向的提高率和混凝土力学性能的提高程度。
Abstract: The direction of steel fibers in concrete can be controlled, and all the steel fibers have the same direction by using a constant magnetic field. Base on this, the aligned steel fiber reinforced concrete (ASFRC) is prepared. The mechanical properties including splitting tensile strength, compressive strength and flexural strength of ASFRC are experimentally investigated. The results show that compared to normal steel fiber reinforced concrete with the same steel fiber content, the mechanical properties of ASFRC significantly improve, but the improved degree reduce with the increasing of fiber content, which indicates that the direction of steel fiber is influenced by its content. So the improved degree of mechanical properties and direction of steel fibers in concrete are also influenced greatly.
