不同粗骨料级配对橡胶混凝土材料性能的影响

摘 要:通过新拌混凝土坍落度、立方体抗压强度和弹性模量的试验,研究了不同粗骨料级配对橡胶混凝土材料性能的影响,并分析了造成这些影响的原因。研究表明,橡胶粉的加入改变了混凝土的受力机理,对于普通混凝土,骨料和水泥石的界面粘结强度决定了混凝土的强度,而影响橡胶混凝土强度的主要因素在于橡胶粉与水泥石的薄弱界面;不同粗骨料级配下,橡胶混凝土抗压强度和弹性模量的影响因素不同于普通混凝土。
Abstract: Material properties of crumb rubber concrete(CRC) with different aggregate gradation are studied, and the reasons resulting to these differences are explained through the experiment of the slump of pumped concrete, compressive strength and elastic modulus of concrete cube. The results show that the crumb rubber in concrete can change stress mechanism of crumb rubber concrete. That is to say the interfacial bond strength from coarse aggregate and cement stone determines the strength of concrete for normal concrete, while the interfacial bond strength from crumb rubber and cement stone determines the strength of CRC. The factors affecting compressive strength and elastic modulus of rubber concrete are different from these factors of ordinary concrete, under the action of different coarse aggregate gradation.
