摘 要:对同一混凝土配合比,不同形状和不同掺入量的稻草纤维混凝土进行了物理力学性能试验。结果表明,同一混凝土配合比下,随着稻草纤维掺量的增加,不同形状稻草纤维混凝土的物理力学性能会有所影响,抗压、劈裂抗拉及抗折强度会有所降低,但稻草纤维的掺入不仅能改善混凝土的韧性,也可提高混凝土的抗冲击性能。 Abstract:As the same concrete mix proportion, experiment of physical and mechanical properties with different shapes of straw fiber reinforced concrete is carried out. The results show that, under the same concrete proportion, with the increase of straw fiber dosage, physical properties of straw fiber reinforced concrete with different shapes will be affected, compressive strength, splitting tensile and flexural strength will be reduced, however, straw fiber can not only improve the toughness of concrete, but also can enhance the shock resistance of concrete.

摘 要:墩身是桥梁的重要竖向构件,也是桥梁施工的重点环节,其施工质量直接影响到桥梁受力。结合我国海外首条设计时速360km高铁——沙特麦麦高铁特大桥梁工程施工实例,针对该桥梁的墩身施工环节进行了探讨,总结出桥梁墩身施工各个环节的相关控制技术,可为同类工程提供参考和借鉴。 Abstract: Pier is the important vertical component of bridge, which is also the key links in bridge construction, the construction quality directly affects the bridge force. Combined with Chinese oversea first design speed of 360km high-speed rail-Haramain high speed (HHR) rail project rail bridge beam engineering construction as example, pier construction of bridge is discussed, related control technology of bridge pier construction in each link is summarized, which can provide the reference for the similar engineering.

摘 要:桶式基础结构的浮运安装采用气浮及负压安装工艺,气密性至关重要,同时设计对混凝土提出了耐久性的高标准要求,气密性高性能混凝土在水运工程中没有成熟的施工经验。本文以实际工程为例,介绍了气密性混凝土的配制、气密性的测试方法、混凝土的施工控制等,可供类似工程参考。 Abstract: The float installation of bucket-based structure is applied by air-flotation and installation process, the structure concrete air tightness is essential, at the same time, the design of concrete durability with high standard is proposed, the tightness of high performance concrete in marine engineering has little mature construction experience. For practical engineering as an example, mix design of gas-tightness concrete, test methods of air tightness, and construction control of concreteare intraduced, which can be used for reference in the similar projects.

摘 要:从水泥基多孔吸声材料的性能特点、吸声机理、材料组成、构造、应用领域以及制备方法等多个角度,系统地总结了国内外水泥基多孔吸声材料的研究和发展情况,并提出了需要解决的问题和将来的发展方向。 Abstract: Research progress and developments of cementitious porous sound-absorbing materials at domestic and abroad are summarized through several aspects, including performance features, absorption mechanism, material composition, structural form, application area and preparation method. The problem need to be solved and the direction for future research are also pointed out.

摘 要:进行了真空绝热板外墙保温系统性能试验研究,发明了一种新型的外墙保温拉伸黏结强度专用切割装置。结果表明,真空绝热板具有较低的导热系数,物理力学性能良好。真空绝热板薄抹灰外墙保温系统具有较好的安全性能和耐久性能,抗风压性能达到6.3kPa,耐候性试验后墙体外观较好,无空鼓、剥落和裂缝,耐候试验后抹面层和保温层拉伸黏结强度达到0.08MPa,系统抗冲击性能达到3J。系统具有较低的吸水量和较高的水蒸气湿流密度。真空绝热板外墙保温系统已经在某些外墙和屋面工程中应用,效果较好。 Abstract: The performance experiment of exterior wall insulation system for vacuum insulation board was carried out, and a new type of external wall thermal insulation tensile bond strength special cutting device was invented.The results show that, vacuum insulation board with lower thermal conductivity has good physical and mechanical properties. Vacuum insulation board thin plastering exterior wall thermal insulation system has better security performance and durability, anti-wind pressure performance reaches to 6.3kPa, exterior wall of weathering test after experiment is good, which is no hollowing, spalling and cracking, and tensile bond strength of finishing layer and the insulation layer reaches 0.08MPa after weathering test, system shock resistance reaches 3J. The system has a low water absorption and high water vapor density, and the external thermal insulation system of vacuum insulation panels has been used in some external wall and roofing projects, the effect is better.

摘 要:玻化微珠保温砂浆内的湿积累是水蒸气扩散,空气渗流,以及冷凝三种因素共同引起的,本文构建了以水蒸气分压力为驱动势的湿积累计算模型,计算并分析了水蒸气扩散,空气渗流,以及冷凝三种因素对湿积累的影响。空气流入时砂浆内水蒸气分压力和湿积累速率最大值向内迁移;空气流出时则相反。水蒸气冷凝的速率与冷凝区域的边界温度成正比。 Abstract: The humidity accumulation in thermal insulation mortar of glazed hollow beads is leaded by three factors include vapour diffusion, air transfusion and condensation. Humidity accumulation counting model is structured by using steam partial-pressure as driving force, the influence of vapour diffusion, air transfusion and condensation on humidity accumulation is counted and analyzed. When air inflows, the maximum value of steam partial-pressure and rate of humidity accumulation moved forward; when air outflows, the situation was converse. The rate of condensation for steam and boundary temperatures of condensation zone are direct proportion.

摘 要:通过湿变环境下水泥生土砌块的吸湿性和膨胀变形,研究了水泥生土砌块的吸湿特性和膨胀变形的作用机理及其力学性能与环境湿度的关系。研究结果表明,水泥生土砌块的吸湿量与膨胀量远小于素生土砌块的吸湿量与膨胀量,且在同一湿度的不可逆收缩变小。随着环境相对湿度的升高,水泥生土砌块的抗压强度逐渐降低。水泥掺入可以显著改善湿度对砌块抗压强度的影响。 Abstract: Relationship between environmental humidity and mechanism and mechanical properties of absorption characteristic of cement raw soil block and expansion deformation of cement raw soil block were studied through absorption of cement raw soil block and expansion deformation under the condition of humidity variation. The results show that, the moisture absorption and expansion of cement block is much less than that of raw block, and irreversible shrinkage become smaller at the same humidity. With the increase of environmental relative humidity, compressive strength of cement raw soil block is gradually reduced. The influence of humidity on compressive strength of block can significantly improved by mixing cement.

摘 要:为研究超高性能混凝土纤维-基体黏结性能,通过单根纤维拉拔试验得到纤维拔出应力-位移曲线,并研究界面参数对纤维黏结性能的影响;通过扫描电镜观察、比较拔出纤维表面和端部形貌,发现钢纤维被拔出后,端部和表面黏结大量“球状”碎屑,且表面有“切削”痕迹,当钢纤维体积掺量为2%、埋入深度为3mm时,拔出纤维表面附着的碎屑密度最大,纤维-基体黏结强度最佳;结合混凝土拉伸本构模型,计算理论拉伸强度σc1,并通过配制相应的混凝土,利用单轴拉伸试验测得试验拉伸强度σc2,比较发现,其误差范围为5%±2%。 Abstract: In order to study bonding properties of fiber-matrix adhesion of ultra-high performance concrete, a stress-displacement curve is obtained by a single fiber pullout experiment, and the influence of interface parameters on fiber bonding properties is investigated; the surface and end of steal fiber attach to large numbers of "spherical" clastic by scanning electron microscopy and the surface has "cutting signs" at the scene, when the volume content of fiber is 2%, buried depth reaches 3mm, density of "spherical" clastic attached to the surface of pulled fiber is the largest, bonding properties of fiber-matrix is the best; combining stretch constitutive model of concrete, calculating the theoretical tensile strength σc1 and formulating the corresponding concrete, measuring the tensile strength σc2 by uniaxial tensile test, which the error range is 5%±2%.

摘 要:在水泥砂浆中分别单掺或复掺玄武岩纤维和环氧树脂乳液,测试了水泥砂浆的流动性和力学性能,并用压汞法测试水泥砂浆的孔结构,研究了玄武岩纤维和环氧树脂乳液对水泥砂浆性能的耦合作用。结果表明,水泥砂浆在纤维掺量为1.5%,聚灰比为7.5%时流动性最好;玄武岩纤维和环氧树脂乳液的加入能有效降低水泥砂浆的孔隙率,纤维掺量为1.5%,且聚灰比为7.5%时,具有最小孔隙率6.31%;玄武岩纤维掺量控制在1.5%,水泥砂浆在聚灰比为12.5%时具有最小压折比4.14。 Abstract: Basalt fiber and epoxy resin emulsion were single mixed or double mixed in cement mortar, the liquidity and mechanical properties of cement mortar were tested, the pore structure of cement mortar was tested by mercury intrusion method, the coupling effect of the basalt fiber and epoxy resin emulsion on properties of cement mortar were investigated. The results show that, liquidity of cement mortar is the best when fiber content is 1.5% and ratio of polymer to cement is 7.5%; the addition of basalt fiber and epoxy resin emulsion can effectively reduce the porosity of cement mortar. When fiber content is 1.5%, and ratio of polymer to cement is 7.5%, the porosity has the minimum value of 6.31%; when the basalt fiber content was controlled in 1.5% and ratio of polymer to cement is 12.5%, the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength has the minimum value of 4.14.

摘 要:为提高新型墙体材料稻壳砂浆的抗裂性能,在稻壳砂浆中掺入聚丙烯纤维,用平板法进行早期收缩裂缝试验,研究不同长度(6mm、9mm、12mm)、不同体积掺量(0.05%、0.10%、0.15%)的聚丙烯纤维对稻壳砂浆早期收缩性能的影响。试验研究表明,6mm长度、0.05%体积掺量的聚丙烯纤维稻壳砂浆阻裂效果最佳,裂缝降低系数为95.83%。 Abstract: In order to restrain the property of early shrinking crack of rice husk mortar as a new wall material, the experimental research on early shrinking crack is carried out by agar plate method through rice husk mortar adding polypropylene fiber. The influence of rice husk mortar with different volume dosage (0.05%、0.10%、0.15%) and different fiber length (6mm、9mm、12mm) on early shrinking crack is studied. The results show that crack resistance effects of rice husk mortar with 6mm length, 0.05% volume dosage of polypropylene fiber is the best and the decreasing coefficient of crack is 95.83%.
