白云石粉用作混凝土掺合料的试验研究

摘 要:研究了白云石的易磨性,并研究了粉磨30min的白云石粉等质量替代不同胶材组分对净浆和混凝土工作性能、抗压强度及砂浆体积稳定性的影响。结果表明,球磨30min时,白云石粉中位粒径为2.84μm,继续延长粉磨时间,白云石粉易团聚;在0~15%范围内,用磨细白云石粉替代水泥、矿粉和粉煤灰可提高浆体的工作性能,但会降低抗压强度;对于C60混凝土,掺10%磨细白云石粉可降低5kg/m3用水量,28d抗压强度损失小于10%;白云石粉对砂浆体积收缩有一定的补偿作用。
Abstract: Grindability of dolomite powder is researched. Workability and mechanics of cement paste and concrete, volume stability of mortar are determined when 30 mins milling dolomite powder amount instead of different cementitious materials. The results indicate that the particle size of milling 30 mins dolomite powder is 2.84μm,dolomite powder easily reunites as milling time increasing continuously. When the substituting content of dolomite powder amount instead of cement, slag power and fly ash is between 0~15%, the workability of slurry improves and the compressive strength of cement stone decreases as substituting content. As to C60 concrete, 5kg/m3 of water consumption can be reduced and the loss of 28d compressive strength is less than 10% when the content of dolomite powder added to concrete is 10%. Volume shrinkage is compensated when the dolomite powder mixed into mortar.
