摘 要：采用常温、自然环境养护条件，对不同龄期的ECC进行了立方体抗压强度的试验研究，研究了纤维掺量、粉煤灰掺量、水灰比对抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明,国产纤维掺入后，降低了ECC的抗压强度，而进口纤维掺量和种类对ECC的28d立方体抗压强度影响较小；ECC水灰比越小，抗压强度越大， 与水胶比没有直接关系；减水剂掺量增加可以提高ECC的28d立方体抗压强度。当粉煤灰掺量是水泥用量的3.5倍时，ECC的抗压强度随着龄期的延长有增长的趋势，小于3.5倍时，28d以后立方体抗压强度几乎不再增长，甚至有所降低。
Abstract: The influences of the contents of fiber and fly ash, water-cement ratio on the cube compressive strength of ECC (Engineered Cementitious Composites) at different ages are studied under the condition of the room temperature and natural environment curing. The results show that the content and type of imported fiber have less effect on the 28d cube compressive strength of ECC; and the compressive strength of ECC can reduce by adding domestic fiber. Furthermore, the water-cement ratio is smaller, the greater the compressive strength, but the compressive strength of ECC doesn’t depend on the water/binder ratio. In addition, 28d cube compressive strength of ECC increases with increasing the content of water reducing agent or the ages, but the 28d cube compressive strength has almost no growth, even lower, when the fly ash content is less than 3.5 times that of the cement.
