AFRP约束增强增韧混凝土试验研究

摘 要:为研究芳纶纤维增强层复合材料(AFRP)约束层对混凝土的增强、增韧作用,以C30、C40、C50三种等级的混凝土作为基体,分别制成不同约束层数的圆柱体混凝土试件,通过静力学试验测试约束混凝土的强度和峰值应变,发现AFRP的约束可显著提高混凝土的强度和韧性,且基体强度越低增幅越明显,进一步分析表明抗压强度比、峰值应变比均与约束效应系数呈线性关系。
Abstract: For the study of the effect of aramid fiber-reinforced composite material layer (AFRP) constrained layer on the strength and toughness of concrete, different constraints cylindrical concrete specimens are prepared by taking three kinds of concrete ( C30, C40 and C50 ) as matrix. And the static test results show that AFRP constraints can significantly improve the strength and toughness of concrete, and the lower strength of matrix, the bigger increase rate. In addition, the further analysis shows that compressive strength ratio and peak strain ratio all have linear relationships with confining factor.
