基于小波变换理论的碳纤维混凝土高温损伤研究

摘 要:制备了C60碳纤维混凝土,并对其进行高温处理,模拟碳纤维混凝土的高温损伤状态。采用声波测试仪对试件受高温前后的超声特性进行了测试,通过对信号进行小波变换处理,同时以高温前后的纵波波速变化来定义损伤因子。研究结果表明,随着温度的升高,信号频谱的主频不断向低频方向移动,频率幅值不断减小;损伤因子则随温度升高而呈现出指数增大趋势,表明碳纤维混凝土结构的高温损伤与频谱和纵波波速变化有密切联系。
Abstract: The damage statue of prepared C60 carbon fiber reinforced concrete by using high temperature processing was investigated.By processing wavelet transform signal and define the changing of compressional wave velocity as damage factor, the ultrasonic feature of C60 carbon fiber reinforced concrete was studied by using acoustic tester before and after high temperature treatment. The results show that the dominant frequency shifts to the low frequency and the amplitude decreases, while the damage factor enlarges with the increasing of temperature. It indicated that the high temperature damage of carbon fiber reinforced concrete have close relationship with signal frequency and the changing of wave velocity.
