沿海地区蒸压PHC管桩耐久性研究

摘 要:通过管桩在不同浓度腐蚀溶液中长期浸泡试验,研究了管桩的耐久性以及涂刷型水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料的有效性。研究结果表明,管桩强度较高、电量值较低,具有一定的抗氯离子渗透性能,在微腐蚀、弱腐蚀和中腐蚀环境中应用是可行的,在强腐蚀环境下不宜采用管桩;在管桩表面涂水泥基渗透结晶防水材料对强度影响不大,对提高抗氯离子渗透性能可能有一定作用。
Abstract: Using pile long-term immersion experiment in different coastal region environment, the durability of pile and the validity of brushed cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing material on improving the durability of pile are studied. The results show that the strength of pile is high and its Coulomb electric flux is low, the pile has chloride resisting properties. So the pile can be used under the micro, weak and middle corrosion environment, but it cannot be used under the strong corrosion environment. Using brushed cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing material maybe improve the chloride resisting properties of pile.
