摘 要:为了研究钢渣粉对不同水泥的影响,用钢渣粉部分替换普通硅酸盐水泥钢渣混凝土、高抗硫酸盐硅酸盐水泥钢渣混凝土、快硬硫铝酸盐水泥钢渣混凝土中的水泥,比较使用这三种水泥钢渣混凝土3d、7d和28d的抗折、抗压强度的发展变化。试验结果表明:普通硅酸盐水泥、高抗硫酸盐硅酸盐水泥、快硬硫铝酸盐水泥钢渣混凝土的钢渣粉最优掺量分别是20%、10%、10%,合理掺量范围一般不应超过30%、30%、20%。 Abstract: To study the effect of steel slag on different cement, the development varies for flexural strength and compressive strength of three kinds of cement steel concrete in 3d, 7d and 28d are compared which include slag powder partly replaced cement from Portland cement steel slag concrete, high sulfate resistance Portland cement steel slag concrete, rapid hardening sulphoaluminate cement slag concrete. The results show that, the optimal dosages of steel slag powder from ordinary Portland cement, high sulfate resistance Portland cement, rapid hardening sulphoaluminate cement steel slag concrete are 20%, 10%, 10%, and a reasonable dosage range should not exceed 30%, 30%, 20%.

摘 要:传统的大体积混凝土冷却水循环采用人工值守的方式,冷却循环水连续不间断运行的可靠性低、难于精确控制混凝土内部的温度,而且成本高,效果差。本文针对南盘江大桥拱座大体积混凝土施工,提出了冷却水自动循环系统,很好地控制了大体积混凝土浇注时的内外温差,减少了裂缝,取得了很好的效果。 Abstract: Cooling water circulation of traditional mass concrete is used by artificial unattended, continuous uninterrupted operation for cooling water circulation with low reliability is difficult to accurate control internal temperature in concrete, the cost is high and effect is poor. Cooling water automatic circulation system of mass concrete construction for Nanpan river bridge abutment is proposed, which can control internal and external temperature as mass concrete pouring, reduce the cracks and have good effects.

摘 要:针对通州运河核心区商务公寓工程中的C60高强混凝土的超高程泵送要求,从优选原材料入手,进行了混凝土配合比的设计及优化,对泵机所需的压力进行了验算,并对泵管的选择、泵管的布置及泵送施工过程进行了分析,成功地将C60高强混凝土泵送至241m处。 Abstract: Aiming ultra-high pumping requirement of C60 high-strength concrete in Tongzhou canal core zone business apartment, the design and optimization of concrete mix proportion is carried out. The checking for pump machine pressure is calculated, selection, layout and construction of pumping pipe are analyzed in detailed to successfully lift C60 high-strength concrete pumping to 241m.

摘 要:为研究基础刚度对超长混凝土结构温度应力的影响,结合实际工程,运用ABAQUS有限元软件,对苏州某超长混凝土结构的温度效应进行了分析。分析表明,与柱底嵌固假定模型的分析结果相比,考虑基础刚度后,楼层板中温度应力明显降低,底层柱底弯矩明显降低,分析结果更加接近实际,且有利于温度效应的控制;同时提出了有效减小温度应力影响的措施。 Abstract: The influence of foundation stiffness on temperature stress of super-long concrete structure is studied, combined with practical engineering project, the analysis of a super-long concrete structure in Suzhou on temperature stress is carried out by ABAQUS software. The results show that, analysis results is comprised with assumed model of block structure, temperature stress in floor plant after considering foundation stiffness is obviously decreased, the moment for the bottom of column base is also clearly decreased, which is close to reality and beneficial to control the temperature effect. At the same time, the measures which can effectively reduce the impact of temperature stress are provided.

摘 要:为研究带SRC异形十字边框柱剪力墙的抗震性能,本文基于开源分析程序Opensees,采用纤维梁单元对缩尺比为1:2.5的模型结构进行静力弹塑性分析和滞回性能分析,采用直接在截面层次上定义非线性剪切恢复力的方法来模拟纤维截面的剪切效应。得到构件的Pushover曲线、滞回曲线、等效粘滞阻尼系数、滞回环面积以及在不同轴压比情况下边框柱、剪力墙承担的剪力分配情况。分析结果表明,剪力墙承担大约75%的剪力,相比于RC剪力墙,带SRC异形边框柱剪力墙的延性、最大抗剪承载力、极限位移以及耗能能力均有不同程度的提高,设置SRC异形边框柱有效地提高了结构在地震作用下的抗震性能。 Abstract: In order to study the seismic properties of shear wall with SRC special-shaped cross columns frame, push-over analysis and hysteretic analysis of fiber element on model structure with a scale rate of 1:2.5 is carried out by open source analysis program Opensees in this paper, shear effects of fiber section in section level is simulated through directly nonlinear shear recovery force method. Push-over curves, hysteretic curves, equivalent damping coefficient, area of hysteretic loop and columns and shear wall bearing shear under different axial compression ratio are obtained. The analysis results show that, shear wall bears 75% shear which is compared with RC shear wall, the ductility, maximum shear, ultimate displacement and energy dissipation capacity can improve in different degrees, the seismic behavior of structure can be effectively improved by setting SRC special-shaped column in the role of seismic.

摘 要:综合国内外装配式框架结构节点的研究成果,重点围绕装配式钢梁-混凝土柱框架节点及装配式混凝土框架节点的构造形式及相应的研究进展、存在问题进行了详细评述。为更好地推广应用装配式螺栓连接钢梁-混凝土柱框架结构,提出了一种改进型节点连接方式,该节点由核心钢板桶通过加劲肋与外围钢板带组成,在不影响节点区箍筋布置的前提下,可增强节点区的耗能能力及抗剪承载力。同时,内置钢板桶及外围钢板带可方便利用端板螺栓与钢梁进行连接,确保节点的工作性能。最后提出了针对装配式框架节点开展抗震性能及研究方法的展望。 Abstract: Comprehensive domestic and foreign research achievements of prefabricated frame structure joints, structural form of prefabricated steel beam-concrete column joints and prefabricated reinforced concrete frame joints, research progress and problems are carried out. In order to promote structural form of prefabricated bolt connection steel beam-concrete column frame structure, promoted joint connection is proposed. The core steel barrel and peripheral steel belt connected by ribbed stiffener can largely enhance the energy dissipation and shear capacity of joins. A bolted connection between steel beam and reinforced concrete column can be adopted which can ensure the joints working performance. Finally, expectations on prefabricated frame structure joints’ seismic behavior and design methods are raised.

摘 要:为研究配置600MPa高强钢筋的部分预应力混凝土梁构件的受力性能及适用性,对四根配置HRB600级钢筋作为非预应力筋的有黏结与无黏结部分预应力混凝土梁分别进行静载及疲劳试验研究。结果表明:循环加载前梁体是否开裂对梁体混凝土的疲劳性能有明显影响,非预应力高强钢筋变形恢复能力没有受到疲劳荷载作用影响,无黏结部分预应力混凝土梁和有黏结部分预应力混凝土梁的抗疲劳性能都较好,配置600MPa钢筋的部分预应力混凝土梁能够在实际工程中得到很好的应用。 Abstract: To study the the mechanical behavior and applicability of partial prestressed concrete beams with 600MPa grade high strength steels, static test and fatigue test of the four bonded or unbonded partial prestressed concrete with HRB600 non-prestressed tendons are carried out. The results indicate that the fatigue performance of beam body concrete beams will be significantly affected on cracks of beam before cyclic loading, displacement restoring capacity of non-prestressed high-strength steel bar have little affect on fatigue load. The fatigue properties of unbonded partial prestressed concrete and bonded partial prestressed concrete are both good, and partial prestressed concrete beams with 600MPa reinforced bar can be used well in practical engineering.

摘 要:在对国内外聚丙烯纤维、钢纤维、钢-聚丙烯混杂纤维和其他纤维混凝土的高温残余性能和抗爆裂研究成果进行综述的基础上,对作用机理进行了深入分析,并指出该领域中当前研究所存在的若干问题,对需要进一步研究的相关内容提出了建议。 Abstract: Basis on review of research on residual properties after high temperature and spalling resistance of polypropylene fiber, steel fiber, steel-polypropylene fiber and other fibers concrete at home and abroad, the mechanism of fiber concrete is deeply analyzed, the problems of current research in this field are pointed out. At the same time, recommendations for further research are proposed.

摘 要:选取普通混凝土、钢纤维混凝土、聚丙烯纤维混凝土进行快速冻融循环试验,研究了不同纤维混凝土冻融损伤的相关性能,根据损伤理论分析了纤维混凝土冻融损伤破坏的机理。根据试验结果分析进行拟合,建立了基于相对动弹模衰减的不同纤维混凝土冻融损伤模型。研究分析和计算表明,不同的纤维对混凝土抗冻性都有较大的影响,掺有钢纤维的混凝土抗冻性优于普通混凝土,掺有聚丙烯纤维的混凝土抗冻性最优;结合试验数据进行比较分析发现模型采用二次多项式函数的拟合精度比指数函数的拟合精度更高。 Abstract: Ordinary concrete, steel fiber and polypropylene fiber concrete are selected to conduct the quick freeze-thaw test, the damage behavior of different fiber concretes in freeze-thaw is studied. The mechanism of damage from freeze-thaw on fiber concretes is analyzed. According to the results of the experiment, the fitting is carried out. And a model of freeze-thaw damage of different fiber concretes for relative dynamic elastic is established. Research and calculation indicate that different fibers has great influence on the frost-resistance of concrete, the frost-resistance of concrete with steel fiber reinforced concrete is better than ordinary concrete. However, the frost-resistance of concrete by adding polypropylene fiber is the best. And the quadratic function model has a higher fit accuracy as compared to the exponential function model.

摘 要:钢纤维混凝土大量应用于军事防护工程以防御高速侵彻和爆炸冲击,钢纤维-钢筋混凝土结构在低速冲击作用下的性能表现是目前反恐安全和交通安全领域的重点研究对象,为此设计制作了两种配筋率下的钢纤维-钢筋混凝土板,用落锤试验仪模拟低速动荷载对试件抗冲击性能的影响,通过掺加不同比例的钢纤维,比对分析对低速冲击破坏形态和荷载、位移和能量变化规律,得出钢纤维掺量对钢纤维-钢筋混凝土板抗低速冲击性能的影响。 Abstract: Steel fiber concrete is widely applied for defense high speed penetration and explosion shock in military protection engineering, performance of steel fiber-reinforced concrete structure is one of the key research objects in the field of counter-terrorism safety and traffic safety under the action of low-velocity impact, steel fiber-reinforced concrete plate with two kinds of reinforcement ratio is prepared, and influence on resistance properties of specimens is simulated to high rolling dynamic load by using the drop hammer test apparatus. Through adding different proportions of steel fiber, a comparative analysis on the changing law of the low-speed impact’s damage form, load, displacement and energy is given, the influence of steel fiber content on low-velocity impact resistance performance of steel fiber-reinforced concrete plate is obtained.
