C30自密实微膨胀水下钢管桩基混凝土的研究和应用

摘 要:针对C30水下钢管桩混凝土胶材使用量少,水胶比较大,自密实性能差的缺点,本文利用研制出的具有较好增粘、减水、保塑功能的专用外加剂,进行了C30自密实微膨胀水下钢管桩基混凝土优化配合比设计和性能研究。结果表明,制备出的混凝土初始坍落度230mm,2h坍落度215mm,含气量1.8%,28d抗压强度42.6MPa,28d密闭环境下自由膨胀率1.25×10-4,满足工程设计要求,并将其成功应用于武汉阳逻港深水薄壁大直径钢管桩中。
Abstract:According to the under of water steel pile concrete of C30 with less cement consumption and the water ratio is large, and its self-compacting properties poor, the special admixture with good viscosity and water reducing effect is prepared, and C30 of self-compacting concrete under of water steel pile is researched with the performances of 230mm of initial slump, 215mm of 2h slump, 1.8% of air content, 42.6 MPa of 28d compressive strength and 1.25×10-4 of 28d closed environment free expansion rate, which can meet the requirement of engineering design, and it is successfully applied in deepwater port with thin wall and large diameter steel pile in Yangluo of Wuhan.
