摘 要:传统再生细骨料需水量大、强度低,较难利用,将废弃混凝土全部破碎成细骨料的全再生细骨料技术能有效提高再生细骨料性能。在前期研究基础上,进行了全再生细骨料对砂浆性能影响的研究。结果表明,在同样砂浆稠度的情况下,全再生细骨料砂浆的综合性能优于传统再生细骨料砂浆,与机制砂砂浆和河砂砂浆相近,可全取代机制砂或河砂用于制备砂浆;全再生细骨料具有较好的保水性能,用其配制砂浆时可较河砂和机制砂适当降低保水剂用量。 Abstract: The tranditional recycled fine aggregates has large water demand, low strength, and difficult to use, all recycled fine aggregate technology that is brocken waste concrete into fine aggregatecan, improve the performance of recycled fine aggregate. Based on the previous research, the influence of all recycled fine aggregate on mortar performance is studied. The results show that under the condition of the same mortar consistency, the comprehensive performance of the all recycled fine aggregate mortar is superior to the traditional recycled fine aggregate mortar, which is similar with manufactured-sand mortar and river sand mortar, all recycled fine aggregate mortar can fully replace the manufactured-sand mortar or river sand to prepare mortar. The all recycled fine aggregate has good water retention performance, the dosage of aquasorb can be appropriatly decreased for preparing mortar by using all recycled fine aggregate, compared with river sand and manufatured sand.

摘 要:为分析隧道盾构施工时旋挖桩对减少邻近建筑物位移的效果,以苏州地铁4号线工程苏州火车站站至北寺塔站区间的一栋三层框架结构为例,对隧道盾构施工过程中的地表沉降进行了实测,并采用有限元软件ABAQUS建立三维弹塑性模型,模拟了隧道盾构施工过程中在有无旋挖桩隔离两种情况下该建筑物的水平和沉降变形,对两种情况下建筑物的变形进行了对比分析。分析结果表明,隧道盾构施工过程中,旋挖桩能有效地隔断桩内外的地表变形,明显减少盾构施工引起的邻近建筑物沉降。相对于无旋挖桩隔离,有旋挖桩隔离时建筑物的柱底水平位移减少56.2%左右,竖向沉降位移减少67.6%左右。 Abstract: To analyze the isolation piles of reducing the effect on the displacement of adjacent buildings as shield tunneling, as an example of the reinforcing result of a three-layer frame structure of Suzhou Subway Line 4 between Suzhou railway station and Beisita station, surface settlement is measured in shield tunneling process. Three-dimensional elastoplastic model is established by using the finite element software ABAQUS, that the horizontal deformation and settlement deformation in both cases whether the isolated pile of neighboring buildings are simulated in shield tunneling process, a comparison analysis on deformation of the building under two different working conditions is carried out. The results indicate that, in the process of shield tunneling, swivel-driven pile can effectively cut off the pile surface subsidence within and outside, shield construction is reduced by causing building deformation of neighboring buildings. Relative to without swivel-driven pile, swivel-driven pile can reduce 56.2% bottom horizontal displacement for building, which can also reduce 67.6% vertical displacement sedimentation.

摘 要:结合钢绞线穿束机的现状,介绍了钢绞线穿束机定长盲割的市场需求和实用价值。并基于大量实测数据,选出性能相对优良的被动检测轮材质及由编码器、PLC、变频器综合组成的智能化控制系统,使所研制的切割机具有较强的自动化程度。 Abstract: According to the current situation of the steel wire threading machine, the market demand and practical value of the steel wire cutting machine are introduced. Based on a large number of measured data, the intelligent control system which is composed of the encoder, PLC and frequency converter is selected, which reflects the great automation technology of the wear beam machine.

摘  要:利用普通硅酸盐水泥与钛矿渣,采用物理发泡工艺在水料比0.35的条件下,制备了泡沫混凝土,并结合XRD、SEM对钛矿渣泡沫混凝土微观结构及组成进行了分析,同时研究了钛矿渣微粉掺量对泡沫混凝土气孔、抗压强度及收缩的影响。研究表明,钛矿渣掺入促使泡沫混凝土气孔变大;钛矿渣取代15%水泥制备的泡沫混凝土干密度为517.0kg/m3,56d抗压强度增长22.5%,为3.8MPa,56d收缩降低36.5%,减小到2.45mm/m。Abstract:ByusingordinaryPortlandcementwithtitaniumslag,foamconcreteispreparedbyadoptingphysicalfoamingprocessundertheconditionofwatermaterialratioof0.35,andmicrostructureandcompositionoftitaniumslagfoamedconcreteareanalyzedwhichiscombinedwithXRDandSEM,meanwhile,theinfluenceoftitaniumslagpowdercontentonfoamconcreteporosity,compressivestrengthandshrinkageisanalyzed.Theresultsshowthat,foamconcreteporositybecomelargerwithmixedtitaniumslag;drydensityoffoamconcreteis517.0kg/m3whichispreparedbytitaniumslagtoreplaceof15%cement,56daycompressivestrengthis3.8MPawithincreasing22.5%,56dshrinkageis2.45mm/mbydecreasing36.5%.

摘 要:用石膏部分替代水泥作为胶凝材料,钢渣、矿渣作为掺合料,采用正交试验设计方法,将石膏、水胶比、减水剂在三因素四水平的影响下,对砌块的抗压强度、抗折强度及软化系数进行了极差和方差分析;采用多元线性回归分析方法建立基于抗压强度、抗折强度及软化系数的经验公式,并利用建立的抗压经验公式计算结果与实测值进行了对比。结果表明,石膏是影响复合砌块抗压强度、抗折强度及软化系数的主要因素,水胶比次之,减水剂影响程度最小。通过分析得出最佳水平为:石膏用量60%,水胶比0.4,减水剂1.1%。 Abstract: Gypsum partly replacing cement as cementitious material, steel slag and slag as admixture, design method is applied by orthogonal experiment, compressive strength of block, flexural strength and softening coefficient is analyzed by range and variance under the influence on three factors and four levels of gypsum, water-cement ratio and water reducing agent. Multiple linear regression analysis method is established by based on empirical formula of compressive strength, flexural strength and softening coefficient, and calculation results by using empirical formula is compared with measured values. The results show that, gypsum is the main factors of affecting compressive strength, flexural strength and softening coefficients of gypsum composite block, followed factor is water-cement ratio, the minimum effecting degree is water reducer. By analyzing the optimum level is 60% amount of gypsum, 0.4 amount of water-cement ratio and 1.1% amout is superplasticizer.

摘 要:混凝土叠合板的预制底板外伸钢筋会给其制作和安装带来不便,但是否可以取消预制板底外伸钢筋存在争议。根据中国和美国的现行相关标准,建立了叠合板板端可能出现的受剪破坏模式及相应的受剪承载力计算公式,并通过算例分析了未留设预制底板外伸钢筋时,叠合板跨度、活荷载与后浇层最小厚度的关系。 Abstract: Precast slab of concrete composite bottom protruding bars can bring inconvenience to the fabrication and installation. The problem whether the precast slabs cancel its bottom protruding bars or not is worth to be discussed. According to current standards in China and the United States, the possible shear failure modes and the calculating formula of relative shear capacities were proposed, through the precast slab elements without bottom protruding bars, the relationships among the span of composite slab, the value of live load and the minimum thickness of composite layer were analyzed through some calculating examples.

摘 要:基于水泥基复合材料多尺度的结构特征,设计了一种由聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维以及碳酸钙晶须增强的新型多尺度超高韧性水泥基复合材料(Mutil Scale- Ultra High Toughness Cementitious Composite,简称MS-UHTCC),并研究了16组MS-UHTCC配比的抗压强度和单轴拉伸性能,探讨了晶须和PVA纤维对水泥基的增强机理。结果表明:晶须的掺入可提高UHTCC的抗压强度、延性及抗拉强度, MS-UHTCC在单拉作用下表现出明显的应变硬化行为和多缝开裂模式,利用碳酸钙晶须和国产PVA配制廉价MS-UHTCC具有可行性。 Abstract: Based on structure characterastic of multi-scale cementitious composites, a new kind of multi-scale ultra high toughness cementitious (MS-UHTCC) is designed by polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fiber and calcium carbonate whisker. the compressive strength and mechanical properties uniaxial tension are studied through 16 series of MS-UHTCC proportions, and reinforced mechanism of PVA fiber and whisker on cementitious are discussed. The results indicate that the compressive strength, ductility and tensile strength of MS-UHTCC are enhanced by adding whisker, strain-hardening behavior and multiple cracking patterns of MS-UHTCC are achieved under uniaxial tension. The cheap MS-UHTCC is proposed by using CaCO3 whisker and domestic PVA fiber, which is feasible.

摘 要:为研究PVA纤维增强水泥基复合材料尺寸效应及相关力学性能,试验设计了27组不同配合比,测定了不同尺寸、不同纤维含量试件的28d抗压、轴压和抗折强度。结果表明,立方体抗压试件之间存在尺寸效应,且尺寸越小越明显。试件抗折强度随着PVA纤维掺量的增加而增大,但增大趋势逐渐减缓。试验建立了不同纤维掺量下,轴心抗压与立方体抗压强度之间的数值模型。 Abstract: In order to study the size effects and related mechanical properties of PVA fiber reinforced cementitious composite material, the experiments for 27 different groups with different mix proportion are designed, different dimension, 28d compressive strength for different fiber dosage, axial compressive strength and flexural strength are detemined, and related datas are obtained. The results show that cube compressive specimens exist size effect, the size is smaller, the effect is more obvious. With the increasing of PVA fiber content, flexural strength increases, however, the increasing trend gradually slow down. And the experiment of numerical model is established between axial compressive strength and the cube compressive strength under the different fiber content.
