钢纤维保温混凝土抗压和抗拉性能试验研究

摘 要:选用0、0.5%、1%、1.5%、2%和2.5%六种钢纤维掺量,对C30保温混凝土进行不同龄期的立方体抗压试验和劈裂抗拉试验,分析了不同钢纤维的掺量和不同龄期对钢纤维保温混凝土的抗压和抗拉强度影响。结果表明,当保温混凝土中单掺钢纤维时,随着钢纤维掺量的增加抗压强度和抗拉强度也随着增加,但抗压强度增长效果并不明显;当保温混凝土中纳米SiO2掺量为1.2%时,随着钢纤维掺量的增加抗压强度和抗拉强度也随着增加,但抗拉强度同不掺纳米SiO2时接近。
Abstract: By choosing six kinds of steel fiber content ( 0, 0.5%, 1%, 0.5%, 2% and 2.5% ), the compressive strength and splitting tensile property of C30 insulation concrete at the different age are tested, and the influences of different steel fiber content or different ages on compressive strength and tensile strength of steel fiber thermal insulation concrete are analyzed. The results show that with the increasing of steel fiber content, compressive strength and tensile strength of the concrete increase, but the compressive strength of the concrete is not obviously improved; When the content of NS is 1.2%, with the increasing of steel fiber content, compressive strength and tensile strength of the concrete increase, but the tensile strength of concrete is close to that of concrete without NS.
