环体内模轻质楼板结构布置及基本性能

摘 要:以废旧聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料颗粒制成的各向同性圆环体型块作为楼板芯体材料,定义型块与楼板长边静距和短边静距为不变参数,楼板两个方向型块间现浇混凝土肋宽和混凝土体积置换率为可变参数,设计了六组不同结构布置填充板梁支撑体系的数值算例,并进行了有限元分析。数值模拟结果表明,可变参数的变化对结构变形和应力分布规律的影响不大,对节点应力值大小较变形值大小影响显著,在相同混凝土体积置换率情况下,增加楼板长向混凝土肋宽有利于结构整体变形。
Abstract: To take isotropic torus blocks made by disused polystyrene foam plastic particle as the core material of the floor, to define the distance between blocks and the floor edges in the long side and short side as invariant parameters, and also to define cast-in-situ concrete rib width in the two sides and the volume replacement rate as variable parameters, the six different numerical examples of the filled floor supported with beams are designed, and they are analyzed by the finite element method. The numerical simulation results show that the distribution laws of the deformation and stress are hardly influenced but have a significant impact to stress values compared with deformation values, in addition, with the same concrete volume replacement rate, it’s more conductive to the integral deformation to enlarge concrete rib width in the long side.
