摘 要：分析了膨胀珍珠岩生产的基本原理，探讨了温度、颗粒分布等因素对膨胀珍珠岩生产过程及产品质量的影响。通过分析研究认为，温度和颗粒分布是保证膨胀珍珠岩质量的决定性因素，风量等则是影响产品质量的重要因素。
Abstract: The basic principle of the expanded perlite production is analyzed, and the influences of temperature, size distribution etc. on the production process and quality of expanded perlite are discussed. Through the analysis and research, it is indicated that temperature and size distribution are the decisive factors ensuring the quality of expanded perlite, and the quantity of air is the important factor influencing the quality of expanded perlite.
