阻锈剂与矿物掺合料对锈蚀混凝土修复砂浆的性能影响

摘 要:测试了水泥基砂浆的抗氯离子渗透性能及钢筋砂浆电极的极化电位,研究了不同阻锈剂、矿物掺合料对砂浆抗氯盐锈蚀性能的影响规律。结果表明,1.5%乙醇胺与0.5%三乙醇胺复掺,砂浆中钢筋表现出优异的抗氯盐锈蚀性能;掺入20%矿渣粉及10%粉煤灰,砂浆抗氯离子渗透性能优于其它各组;乙醇胺、三乙醇胺作复合阻锈剂,同时复掺矿渣粉、粉煤灰掺合料,复合砂浆的抗氯盐锈蚀性能最佳,且对力学性能无明显影响,适用于锈蚀混凝土结构的修复。
Abstract: The mortar resistance to chlorine ion permeability and polarization potential of reinforced mortar have been measured, the influence rules of mortar chlorine salt corrosion resistance by corrosion inhibitor and mineral admixtures are researched. The results show that the rebar in mortar presents excellent chlorine salt corrosion resistance when adding 1.5% ethanolamine and 0.5% triethanolamine; mortar specimen which compound mixing 20% slag and 10% fly ash, the chlorine salt erosion resistance property is superior to specimens which mixing cement, slag and fly ash separately. Taking ethanolamine and triethanolamine as compound corrosion inhibitor, double mixing slag and fly ash, chlorine salt corrosion resistance of compound mortar turns out the best property, and has no obvious effect on mechanical property, which can apply to repairing corrosion concrete structure.
