基于紧密填充原理的机制砂超高强高性能混凝土的制备

摘 要:采用紧密填充技术确定了机制砂超高强高性能混凝土的胶凝材料体系各组分及机制砂复合比例,研究了水胶比、胶凝材料总量对机制砂超高强高性能混凝土工作性和抗压强度的影响。结果表明,选用优化后的复合材料体系,在普通原材料和搅拌工艺条件下可制备坍落度和扩展度分别为260mm和640mm以上,56d抗压强度高达143.2MPa的机制砂超高强高性能混凝土;提高水胶比和胶材总量可显著改善机制砂超高强高性能混凝土的工作性,但为了获得较好工作性同时兼具超高强度,其水灰比宜为0.17,胶凝材料总量宜为750kg/m3。
Abstract: The mass ratios of each component cementitious material and machine-made sand in ultrahigh strength and performance concrete are identified by dense packing technology. Effects of W/B and cementitious material content on the workability and compressive strength of ultrahigh strength and performance concrete with machine-made sand are investigated. Results show that the ultrahigh performance concrete with slump/slump flow up to 260mm/640mm and 143.2 MPa compressive strength at 56 days could be prepared in normal materials and mixing process when used the optimized composite materials. The workability of ultrahigh performance concrete with machine-made sand increased with increasing W/B and cementitious material content. But in order to ensure the workability and compressive strength of ultrahigh performance machine-made sand concrete, W/B should be 0.17 and cementitious material content should be 750kg/m3。
