摘 要:针对高岭石型硫铁矿选矿尾矿的成分特点,对其用作水泥活性混合材的火山灰活性进行了研究。结果表明,该尾矿经适当温度的煅烧,再粉磨到一定粒度后具有很高的火山灰活性,其活性指数高达120%,是良好的水泥活性混合材和高性能混凝土活性掺合料,其优点主要是生产工艺简单,能耗低、不产生二次污染。
Abstract: Aming the characteristics of kaolinite type pyrite cinder, the research on pozzolanic activity of cement active admixture is carried out.The results show that, tailing is calcined in appropriate temperature then is ground to a certain fineness with high pozzolanic activity, its activity index is up to 120%, the tailing can be used as fine cement active admixture and admixture for high-performance concrete. The advantages are included in simple production process, low energy consumption and high consumption of the tailing without secondary pollution.
