Abstract: The effects of glass fiber content on the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, lexural strength and other mechanical properties of lightweight aggregate concrete, and the effects of glass fiber content and stress ratio on the fatigue life of lightweight aggregate concrete are study based on the indoor test. The test results show that adding glass fibers reduces the compressive strength of lightweight aggregate concrete in a certain extent, but the flexural strength and fracture pressure ratio increase significantly, and the flexural toughness of the lightweight aggregate concrete is improved significantly. With the increasing of glass fiber content，the splitting tensile strength of lightweight aggregate concrete increases at first and then decreases, while the glass content is 1.5, and the splitting tensile strength can reach the maximum value. When the stress ratio is same，the larger glass fiber content, the longer fatigue life of lightweight aggregate concrete, but when the glass fiber content is the same, the larger stress ratio, the smaller fatigue life of lightweight aggregate concrete. With the increasing glass fiber content，the slope and intercept of fatigue equation all gradually increases，which indicates sensitivity to fatigue stress ratio increases gradually.
