再生透水混凝土中再生骨料掺量问题的研究

摘 要:选用5种再生骨料掺量方案(0、25%、50%、75%、100%)研究再生透水混凝土中的再生骨料合理掺量,每一种掺量方案都按照三因素三水平正交试验进行。控制碎石级配、设计孔隙率和水灰比这三个因素,考察抗压强度、有效孔隙率和透水系数这三个评价指标,比较不同再生骨料掺量下各评价指标的变化规律。结果表明,再生透水混凝土中再生骨料的合理掺量为30%。
Abstract: Five kinds of recycled aggregate quantity scheme (0, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) is selected to research the recycled aggregate reasonable content of recycled pervious concrete problems, and each quantity scheme is carried out in accordance with the 3 factors and 3 levels of orthogonal test. Controlling the aggregate size, the design of porosity and water-cement ratio of these 3 factors, the compressive strength, effective porosity and permeability coefficient of the 3 indexes are investigated. Different change rules of recycled aggregate quantity to each evaluation index are compared, and the results show that the reasonable mixing recycled aggregate of pervious concrete in weight is 30%.
