摘 要：以工农业废料矿渣、稻壳灰为主要原料，制成一种新型胶凝材料，并对此胶凝材料的强度进行探讨，就不同种类的碱激发剂等因素进行探究。同时，用X射线衍射分析不同龄期此体系碱激发胶凝材料的矿物组成，并用扫描电镜观察不同龄期材料的微观形貌。结果表明，稻壳灰的活化可采用“两段煅烧法”，碱组分含量为10%、激发剂为水玻璃时激发效果最好，胶凝材料水化产物为低钙硅比的 C-S-H 凝胶。
Abstract: A slag-rice husk ash cementing material is prepared by using slag and rice husk ash as raw materials and alkali as activator. The strength of the material, the different effects of different kinds of alkali activators, and the hydration products of the cementing material are studied. The mineral composition of the material at different ages is analyzed by X-ray diffraction. The microstructure of hydration products of this material at different ages are characterized by scanning electron microscope with X-ray energy dispersive technique. The results show that the activation of rice husk ash could be made from “calcination by steps”. The highest strength is made from the specimen which is used 10% (the Na2O mass ratio) sodium silicate. The hydration product is low calcium-silicate ratio C-S-H gel.
