摘 要:研究了机制砂对新拌混凝土坍落度、扩展度、含气量以及抗压强度的影响,并探讨了聚羧酸高效减水剂和萘系减水剂在机制砂混凝土中的适用性。结果表明,机制砂的掺入会对混凝土的和易性产生一定影响,新拌混凝土的流动性变差,最多下降了25%。机制砂能够显著改善低强度混凝土的抗压强度。对于机制砂混凝土,萘系减水剂具有更好的适用性,相同配比下能够获得更好的和易性以及更高的抗压强度。 Abstract: The effect of manufactured sand on the performance of fresh concrete is studied, which contains slump, slump flow, gas content and compressive strength. The study on applicability of polycarboxylate and naphthalene superplasticizer in the concrete which mixed with manufactured sand is also carried out. The result show that the workability of the concrete would be affected when mixed with manufactured sand, the mobility of the fresh concrete would decrease with the maximum rate of 25%; the compressive strength of low-strength concrete would improve significantly with the mixture of manufactured sand. Finally, with the same proportion, when mixed with naphthalene superplasticizer, the concrete mixed with manufactured sand would get a better workability and higher compressive strength, which indicates a better applicability of naphthalene superplasticizer .

Abstract: The effect of manufactured sand on the performance of fresh concrete is studied, which contains slump, slump flow, gas content and compressive strength. (1)相同配比时,机制砂混凝土的扩展度和坍落度均小于天然砂混凝土;随着机制砂掺量增加,混凝土坍落度、扩展度、含气量均随着机制砂掺量的增加而逐渐减小。   
(2)C20、C30、C50三种强度等级的机制砂混凝土中C20混凝土的含气量均最小。相同配合比和相同机制砂掺量的情况下,掺聚羧酸减水剂的机制砂混凝土含气量大于掺萘系减水剂的混凝土。
(3)掺加机制砂能够显著改善混凝土的抗压强度,特别是低强度等级的混凝土。
(4)对于机制砂混凝土,萘系减水剂比聚羧酸减水剂具有更好的适应性,同配比情况下的抗压强度更高,性能更好。
