熟石膏粉等多种掺合料在免压蒸PHC管桩中的应用研究

摘 要:通过比较不同减水剂类型、不同石膏类型及掺量、不同掺合料种类及掺量对混凝土拌合物及硬化混凝土的影响,研究了熟石膏粉(β-硫酸钙)等多种掺合料在免压蒸PHC管桩中的应用。结果表明,以适宜比例掺入熟石膏粉、A类掺合料和B类掺合料可以明显改善混凝土拌合物性能和硬化混凝土的孔隙结构,加快混凝土水化硬化进程,进而提高PHC管桩的混凝土早期抗压强度和后期的耐久性能。
Abstract: By comparing influences of different kinds of water reducing agent, different gypsum type and mixing content, types and contents of admixtures on concrete mixture and hardened concrete, the application of the gypsum powders (β-calcium sulfate) and other admixtures in the non-steam autoclaved PHC piles are studied. The test results show that with appropriate proportion of gypsum powder, A and B type admixtures can obviously improve concrete properties and pore structures of hardened concrete, accelerate the process of concrete hydration hardening, thus improve early compressive strength and later durability of the concrete of PHC piles.
