摘 要:采用“埋管造孔”的方法,制得了孔形状规则、孔隙率、孔径、孔组成都确定的理想样品,通过测定样品的吸声系数,研究了水泥基多孔材料吸声系数与孔径、孔组成、孔隙率之间的关系。 Abstract:A series of ideal samples with uniform pore diameter, porosity and pore composition are prepared by a “tube to pore” method. Based on the measurement of their sound absorption properties, the relationships between the absorption coefficient of the cement-based porous materials and their pore diameter, pore composition or porosity are studied.

摘 要:对4种碎粘土砖粗骨料取代率(0、20%、30%和50%)在4个龄期(3d、7d、14d和28d)的96个混凝土试件进行了抗压强度和轴心抗拉强度试验,试验的再生混凝土净水灰比为0.45,目标强度等级为C30。在试验数据及参考文献数据的基础上,分别建立碎粘土砖粗骨料再生混凝土立方体抗压强度随龄期变化的经验公式及其28d龄期立方体抗压强度随粗骨料取代率变化的经验公式;回归得出碎粘土砖粗骨料再生混凝土轴心抗拉强度随龄期变化的经验公式,并建立各个龄期轴心抗拉强度与立方体抗压强度的换算关系。 Abstract: The cube compressive strength and the axial tensile strength of 96 recycled concrete members at ages of 3d, 7d, 14d, and 28d were carried out, and natural coarse aggregate (0, 20%, 30% and 50%) were replaced with crushed clay bricks coarse aggregate. The net water/cement is 0.45, and the concrete strength grade is C30. Based on the experimental results, the regression equation of crused clay bricks recycled concrete between the cube compressive strength and age, the equation between the 28d cube compressive strength and the natural coarse aggregate substitution ratio, the equation between the axial tensile strength and age, and the equation between the axial tensile strength and the cube compressive strength are all derived. The proposed equations can provide a better agreement with the experimental results. On the basis of the equations, the recycled concrete strength with crushed clay bricks coarse aggregate is well calculated.

摘 要:通过简单破碎制得Ⅱ类再生粗骨料(JP),并经过一次颗粒整形得到准Ⅰ类再生粗骨料(YK),再进行二次颗粒整形获得Ⅰ类再生粗骨料(EK)。研究再生粗骨料不同品质(JP、YK、EK)和不同取代率(φz=0、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%)取代天然骨料(TR)对再生混凝土的用水量和抗压强度的影响。结果表明,再生混凝土的用水量随着取代率的增大而增大;掺入不同品质的再生粗骨料对再生混凝土的抗压强度影响差别很大,当φz≥40%时,JP再生混凝土抗压强度降低幅度较大,YK再生混凝土抗压强度没有较大幅度的降低,而EK再生混凝土的抗压强度先小幅升高后降低,当φz=100%时,28d抗压强度仅降低1MPa。 Abstract: Recycled coarse aggregate of Class Ⅱ(JP) was prepared by simple crushing, and then quasi class Ⅰ recycled coarse aggregate (YK) was acquired through a particle shaping process, since then classⅠrecycled coarse aggregate (EK) was acquired through a second particle shaping process. The influence on the amount of water and compressive strength of recycled concrete of different quality and substitution rate (φz= 0, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100%) of recycled coarse aggregate (JP, YK, EK) to replace natural aggregate (TR) were studied. The results show that the amount of water of recycled concrete increases withincreasing; the incorporation of different quality of recycled coarse aggregate greatly affects the compressive strength of recycled concrete, when φz is more than 40%, the compressive strength of JP recycled concrete greatly reduces, the compressive strength of YK recycled concrete does not greatly decrease, while the compressive strength of EK recycled concrete slightly increases, and then decreases, when φz=100%, its 28d compressive strength just reduces by 1MPa.

摘 要:介绍了利用内蒙古当地电厂的粉煤灰及和林县的火山岩现浇保温非承重C10墙体的施工方法。所浇筑的C10轻质混凝土墙体具有墙体面平整、建设成本低、施工速度快和保温性能好的优势,该轻集料混凝土可用于保温隔墙施工,也可以作为分户供暖地面的保温层。 Abstract: The construction method of C10 lightweight construction concrete cast-in-place insulation non-bearing wall is introduced using the fly ash from a power plant in Inner Mongolia and volcanic rock from Helin County. The kind of lightweight concrete wall has many advantages, such as surface smooth, low cost of construction, quick construction and good insulation performance. And the light aggregate concrete is not only used for thermal insulation construction wall, but can be used as heat insulation layer of household heating surface.

摘 要:以中博会展中心大体积承台的施工为例,探讨了大体积混凝土施工的温度控制措施;按平面应变理论建立了数值分析模型,利用有限元对大体积承台进行了温度场和应力场的模拟分析;对承台内部的混凝土温度进行了测量,并对实测结果进行了分析。 Abstract: Taking the pile cap of China Expo Exhibition Center as an example, the specific temperature controlling measures of massive concrete construction are discussed. A numerical model is established according to the plane strain theory, and the temperature and stress field of pile cap are simulated and analyzed by finite element. In addition, the internal temperature of large pile cap concrete is measured and the results are analyzed.

摘 要:研究了将农业废弃秸秆-棉花秸秆压制成棉花秸秆草砖,并将其通过砌筑建成草砖建筑,探讨其作为砌筑建房的墙体材料的施工工艺及技术措施,可为棉花秸秆草砖在农村修建“绿色、环保、节能”建筑,提供理论依据,并为我国的农作物秸秆资源循环再利用探索出一条经济、适用、环保的途径。 Abstract: The agricultural waste straw - cotton straw is pressed into cotton straw bricks, and then the straw brick building is constructed using the bricks. The construction technology and the key technical measures of cotton straw bricks as a masonry wall building material are discussed, which can provide a theoretical basis for large-scale applications of cotton straw brick in "green, environmental protection, energy saving" rural buildings, and explore a recycling economy, applicable and environmentally sound way for crop straw resources in China.

摘 要:蜂巢芯空腹楼盖是近年来新开发的现浇混凝土空心楼盖内模形式,具有减轻结构自重、降低层高、降低综合造价、缩短施工工期、提高隔音隔热性能等特点。施工难点分析表明,这种新型楼盖技术的关键施工技术是芯模的抗位移和抗破损,并提出了控制措施。定性的效益分析和定量的指标分析均表明,蜂巢芯空腹楼盖比传统梁板楼盖和密肋楼盖有着明显的经济性优势。 Abstract: The technology of cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor filled with honeycombed cores developed in recent years has many advantages such as reduce weight, storey height and cost, shorten the construction period, and improve the performance of sound and heat insulation. Construction difficulties analysis shows that, the key construction technology of this new floor technology is the core molds resistance to displacement and damage resistance, and some effective control measures are put forward. Qualitative analysis of benefit and indexes of quantitative analysis show that, compared with the traditional beam-slab floor and multi ribbed slab, the honeycombed core hollow floor has obvious advantage of economic.

摘  要:对建筑垃圾用于建筑结构空心砌块砌体进行了研究,砌块采用再生粗骨料,再生砂浆采用再生细骨料。试验结果表明,再生混凝土空心砌块砌体随着龄期的增加,力学性能(抗压强度和抗剪强度)均有提高,抗压强度在养护后7~14d的时间内强度增长最快,而抗剪强度则是养护14~28d的时间内强度增长最快,因此,在实际工程中应该注重相应时间段的养护。Abstract:Theconstructionwasteusedinconstructionofhollowblockmasonryisstudiedusingrecycledcoarseaggregateforblockandusingrecycledfineaggregateforrecycledmortar.Theresultsshowthatthemechanicalproperties(compressivestrengthandshearstrength)ofrecycledconcretehollowblockmasonryincreasewiththeincreaseofages,thegrowthrateofthecompressivestrengthisthefastestaftercuring7~14d,andthegrowthrateoftheshearstrengthisthefastestaftercuring14~28d,soitshouldpayattentiononthecorrespondingtimeperiodofcuringinthepracticalengineering.

摘  要:通过对各试件导热系数的测定,分析了水胶比,粉煤灰掺量,骨料掺量和煤矸石陶粒掺量四因素变化对A型GRC墙板导热系数的影响;对比了水胶比、煤矸石陶粒掺量变化下A、B两种板型GRC墙板的导热系数,并对结果进行了综合分析。试验结果表明,高水胶比、高掺量粉煤灰和低煤矸石掺量条件下,A型墙板导热系数低;在一定范围内提高骨料掺量,A型墙板导热系数降低;另外,B型墙板的导热系数远低于A型墙板,对B型墙板而言,各因素的变化对导热系数的影响显著减弱。Abstract:EffectsofthefourinfluencingfactorsincludingW/B,thecontentsofflyash,aggregateandcoalgangueceramsitesonthermalconductivityofA-typeGlass-fiberReinforcedComposite(GRC)wallswerestudiedandanalyzed.ThermalconductivitiesofA-typeandB-typewallsbyadjustingW/Bandcoalgangueceramsitescontentwerecontrasted.TheresultsshowthatthethermalconductivityofA-typewallsislowundertheconditionofhighW/B,highcontentofflyash,andlowcontentofcoalgangueceramsites.ThethermalconductivityofA-typewallsreducesincreasingtheaggregatecontentinacertainrange;ontheotherhand,thethermalconductivityofB-typewallsissignificantlylowerthanthatofA-typewalls.TheeffectoftheinfluencingfactorsonthethermalconductivityofB-typewallsisobviouslyweakened.

摘 要:为了加速养护加气混凝土砌块,将微波技术应用到传统的蒸压养护工艺中,设计和制作了小型微波蒸压釜,并采用试验釜开展了一系列的试验研究。研究结果表明,当微波加热时间在20min,恒温时间4~4.5h,恒温温度180~190℃,降温时间1h,加气混凝土强度满足出釜强度3.0MPa、密度等级683~813kg/m3的质量控制要求。 Abstract: In order to cure aerated concrete block quickly, microwave was applied to the conditional autoclave curing. A small microwave autoclave was designed and made, and a series of experimental studies were conducted with small microwave autoclave. The results show that when the microwave heating time is 20min, the constant time is 4~4.5h, the constant temperature is 180~190℃, and the cooling time is 1h, the strength of aerated concrete block can meet the quality control requirements that the strength of aerated concrete out of the autoclave is 3.0MPa, and the density rank is in the range of 683~813kg/m3.
