钢管再生混凝土柱的力学性能研究

摘 要:以钢管再生混凝土短柱为研究对象,再生料替代率与偏心距为变化参数设计了18根试件进行试验,观察了试件的破坏过程与形态,分析了再生料替代率、偏心距对峰值应力和应变的影响。并运用统一强度理论、套箍混凝土理论和叠加计算理论对各组试件的承载力进行了计算分析。结果表明,采用统一强度理论和叠加计算理论方法计算轴压与偏压试件偏于安全,而采用套箍混凝土理论计算则不太安全。
Abstract: Taking recycled aggregate concrete-filled circular steel tube columns as the research object, 18 specimens based on the changed parameters of substitution rate of recycled material and eccentricity are designed, the destruction process and form of these specimens are observed, and the effect of the two kinds of parameters on the peak stress and peak strain of specimens are analyzed. In addition, the bearing capacities of the specimens are calculated and analyzed using the unified strength theory, confining concrete theory and superposition calculation theory. The results show that unified strength theory and superposition calculation theory are safe, while confining concrete theory is not safe.
