结网方式对碳纤维混凝土板抗弯性能的影响

摘 要:采用平织法和打结法两种方法编织网格间距分别为80mm和100mm的碳纤维编织网,通过板的抗弯试验研究不同结网方式对不同网格间距CTRC板抗弯性能的影响。试验结果表明,打结法编织的碳纤维编织网在减小CTRC板的挠度的同时也相应降低了抗弯强度,且当超出板的抗弯极限承载能力之后CTRC板不会完全破坏,仍具有残余承载能力。其中网格间距为100mm打结碳纤维编织网增强混凝土板的抗弯强度及极限挠度较平织碳纤维编织网分别降低了36.8%和6.0%。
Abstract: Two methods of plain weaving and knot weaving were used to weaving carbon fiber textile with different grid spacings(80mm and 100mm), and the bending tests of CTRC plate were carried out to investigate the effect of weaving methods on bending property of CTRC plates with different grid spacings. The results show that carbon fiber textiles using knot weaving method can improve deflection and reduce bending strength of CTRC plates, and when the load exceeds the bending ultimate carrying capacity of plate, CTRC plates will not be completely destroyed and still have residual carrying capacity. When the grid spacing is 100mm, the bending strength and limiting deflection of the carbon fiber textile reinforced concrete plates are respectively reduced by 36.8% and 6.0% comparing with those of carbon fiber textile using the plain weaving method.
