钻孔灌注桩高性能混凝土的质量控制及施工

摘 要:针对钻孔灌注桩混凝土大流动性和高耐久性的技术要求,对芜湖长江公路二桥主桥钻孔灌注桩用C35高性能混凝土从原材料选择、配合比设计以及混凝土性能三方面进行了研究。实际施工效果表明,按照高性能混凝土理念设计和施工的钻孔灌注桩混凝土的粘聚性和流动性好,且无泌水、离析现象,芯样测试结果也证明了钻孔灌注桩混凝土满足设计强度和耐久性要求,内部结构密实、无裂缝。
Abstract: Aiming at the technical requirements of high fluidity and good durability of bored cast-in-situ pile concrete, C35 high performance concrete for bored cast-in-suit pile in the main bridge of No.2 Wuhu Yangtze River Highway Bridge was investigated. Raw materials selection, mix proportion design and properties of the concrete were especially researched. Actual construction shows that the bored cast-in-situ pile concrete, designed and implemented according to the concept of high performance concrete, appears good adhesiveness and fluidity, without bleeding and segregation. Core samples test results also prove that the strength and durability of pile concrete can meet the design requirements, and the concrete are dense and free of cracks.
