Abstract: The content of waste concrete has been quickly classified with the method of rebound testing to produce different quality grades of recycled aggregates. Then lime and fly ash are added to make lime-fly ash gallet. Designing orthogonal test, the effect of quality of recycled course aggregates, the content of lime-fly ash, regenerated waste concrete powder on matrix is analyzed through the method of heavy compaction test and unconfined compressive strength test. The range of best mix proportion of recycled aggregates lime-fly ash is obtained. This research proves that recycled aggregates and powder can change natural aggregates and fly ash by different levels. The mechanical properties of lime-fly ash regenerated from waste concrete can meet the requirement of loading based layer.
