摘 要:研究了花岗岩石粉、粉煤灰等矿物掺合料对水工混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀性能的影响,采用RCM法测定了氯离子在混凝土试件内部扩散系数的变化规律,并研究了矿物掺合料的掺量与水工混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀性能的关系。结果表明,矿物掺合料混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀性能较普通混凝土得以提高,通过混凝土双掺与单掺矿物掺合料的抗氯离子侵蚀性能的比较,双掺时抗氯离子侵蚀性能比单掺花岗岩石粉时更好。 Abstract: The effect of granitic powder, fly ash and other waste mineral admixtures on chloride resisting properties of hydraulic concrete are studied, and the change rule of internal diffusion coefficient of chloride ion in concrete specimens is tested by the method of RCM, furthermore, the relationship between the content of waste mineral admixtures and chloride resisting properties of hydraulic concrete performance is studied. The results show that chloride resisting properties of the concrete with admixtures is better than that of ordinary concrete, and the performance of concrete double mixed with admixtures is better than that of concrete single mixed with admixture.

摘 要:采用电通量法测定了不同锂渣掺量的混凝土在不同冻融循环次数下的电通量,并研究了电通量与各影响因素之间的函数关系。试验结果表明,随冻融循环次数的增加,混凝土电通量近似呈线性增加。当冻融循环次数为75次时,不同锂渣掺量下的混凝土仍具有较高的抗氯离子渗透性。锂渣粉的加入能明显降低混凝土的氯离子渗透性,随锂渣掺量的增加,混凝土电通量近似呈负指数函数关系下降。同时发现,电通量与初始电流间、电通量与氯离子渗透深度间、初始电流与氯离子渗透深度间均具有较好的线性相关性。 Abstract: Electric flux of concrete with different lithium slag powder content subjected to different freeze-thaw cycle number was determined by the test method of coulomb electric flux, and the function relations between electric flux and different factors were studied. The test results show that electric flux of concrete increases with increasing freeze-thaw cycle number by the linear function. When the freeze-thaw cycle number is 75, the concrete with different lithium slag powder content still has a high resistance to chloride penetration. Addition of lithium slag powder into concrete can significantly reduce its chloride penetration and electric flux decreases with increasing lithium slag powder content by the negative exponential function. In addition, the relationships between electric flux and initial current, electric flux and chloride ion penetration depth, initial current and chloride ion penetration depth all have a good linear correlation.

摘 要:以实际工程为例,分析了高性能混凝土超高泵送的影响因素并合理设计高性能混凝土配合比,依据以往经验验算了泵送压力,选择了合适的输送泵设备,并对超高层建筑泵送高性能混凝土过程中可能出现的堵管原因作出了分析,制定了相应的对策。 Abstract: Taking a practical engineering an example, the influence factors of high-performance concrete pumping to super high-rise building were studied, and the reasonable mix proportion of high-performance concrete was determined. Based on the engineering experience, the pressure of pumping was calculated accurately. At the same time, the appropriate pumping equipment was chosen. In addition, the reasons of plugging in the process of pumping high performance concrete to super high-rise building was analyzed and corresponding measures for avoiding tubes blockage were put forward.

摘 要:在福建某滨海输电线路中开展了抗滨海盐渍土侵蚀的C60桩基混凝土工程示范研究。通过工程示范,检验了C60混凝土的施工性和抗裂性;并在其中埋设了耐久性传感器,用于长期环境作用下的混凝土劣化监测。通过示范工程发现,输电线路基础作业环境差,施工与管理水平相对落后。综合考虑电力施工特点和结构耐久性要求,建议以60d或90d龄期时达到C60混凝土抗压强度及规定的渗透性要求为宜;同时建议对地表上下桩基,特别是接桩处,必须进行防腐设计并规定施工要求。 Abstract: A mock-up test for C60 high performance pile concrete with high resistance to saline attack is completed in Fujian province and the properties of concrete are tested. The further durability of concrete is being monitored using embedded durability sensors at the field. The demonstration project shows that the environment of transmission line foundation work is poor, and the construction management level is relatively backward. So modifications are needed to formulate for the design of durable concrete structures near the ground as well as the corresponding construction management.

摘  要:根据普通预拌砂浆的技术性能要求,研究了胶材总量及各组分掺量、机制砂性能、外加剂种类及掺量对机制砂湿拌抹灰砂浆性能的影响,确定了稠度、保水性、可操作时间、强度及施工性能等综合性能优良的M5~M15抹灰砂浆的配合比;提出了机制砂湿拌砂浆中试生产应用过程中简要的质量控制方法。中试生产应用表明,M5~M15湿拌抹灰砂浆的和易性及施工质量良好,墙面均无空鼓开裂现象。Abstract:Theinfluenceoftotalamountofcementitiousmaterial(aswellastheratiosofeachcomponent),performanceofartificial-sandandtypesandamountofadditivesonthewet-mixedplasteringmortararestudiedaccordingtotheperformancerequirementsofcommonready-mixedmortar.Basedonexperiments,theoptimummixproportionofM5~M15plasteringmortarwithexcellentoverallproperties(mortarconsistency,waterretention,operabletime,compressivestrengthandworkability)isdetermined.Somesimplemethodsareputforwardtocontroltheproductionandconstructionqualityofplasteringmortar.ThepilotproductionandappliedresultsshowthatM5~M15wet-mixedplasteringmortarhasexcellentworkabilityandconstructionqualityduringtheperiodofconstruction.Hollowandcrackscouldnotbefoundontheplasterwallthroughalong-termverification.

摘 要:研究了石蜡/膨胀珍珠岩基相变水泥砂浆板的力学性能及导热系数,测定了不同制备方式的石蜡/膨胀珍珠岩基相变水泥砂浆板对房屋模型室温的调控性能。结果表明:相对于普通水泥砂浆,石蜡/膨胀珍珠岩基相变水泥砂浆具有良好的调温性能,可以有效降低室内的温度波动和减小最大温度值,达到建筑节能的目的。插层法的调温性能优于混掺法,且相变材料掺量越大,调温效果越明显。 Abstract:The mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of paraffin/expanded perlite matrix phase change cement mortar board are researched, and the thermal control effect of housing model indoor temperature of the cement mortar boards prepared by different ways are measured. The results indicate that paraffin/expanded perlite composite PCM cement mortar boards have lower heating rate and cooling rate; the maximum temperature and the minimum temperature are much higher than those of ordinary cement mortar boards. Composite PCM cement mortar boards have good thermal control effect, which makes the advanced maximum temperature time postponed and has a good effect of the thermostat. And the larger amount of PCM of the incorporation, the more obvious effect. Energy-saving effect of the composite PCM cement mortar boards prepared by lamination interpolation method is better than that of the boards by direct mixing. Results can provide the basis for the application of the composite PCM cement mortar boards in the building energy efficiency.

摘 要:分析了玻化微珠复合混凝土的传热机理,对该混凝土中热流的传递途径进行了划分,构建了基于最小热阻理论的导热系数计算模型,并用相关文献试验数据对模型进行了验证。结果表明,该模型能够较精确的预测玻化微珠复合混凝土干燥状态下的导热系数。后续研究还可考虑含湿率,以及玻化微珠的细度模数对玻化微珠复合混凝土的导热性能的影响。 Abstract:Based on the mechanism of thermal conductivity of expended and vitrified beads concrete, the channels of thermal conductivity in concrete are divided, the thermal conductivity coefficient is modeled based on the theory of minimum thermal resistance, and the model by using the data of other related literatures is confirmed. The results indicate that the model can calculate the thermal conductivity coefficient under arid state exactly. The subsequent research should be launched in the field of influencing factors of thermal conductivity in concrete including moisture content and fineness module of expanded and vitrified beads.

摘 要:工程水泥基复合材料(简称ECC)能改善普通混凝土脆性、耐久性差的问题,但聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维的较高价格,一定程度上局限了ECC的推广应用。本文主要从天然纤维入手,研究体积掺量为2%竹原、苎麻、剑麻、大麻这四种纤维组成的水泥基材料的轴拉性能,将四种纤维分别以干铺和湿铺两种方式,采用哑铃型试件做单轴拉伸试验。试验结果表明,四种纤维在所选取的配比范围内,在拉伸荷载作用下应力-应变关系可分为弹性上升阶段、应变硬化阶段和应变软化阶段,且均能实现应变硬化与多缝开裂,极限拉应变最大可达3.5%。 Abstract: ECC(Engineering Cementitious Composites) can improve brittleness and poor durability of ordinary concrete, but the higher price of PVA fiber limits the generalization and application of ECC to some degree. Here, based on the natural fibers, axial tensile properties of ECC with 2% volume content of bamboo, ramie, sisal or hemp are studied, the four kinds of fiber are treated using two ways of wet-laid and dry-laid, and the dumbbell specimens are made to carry out the uniaxial tension test. The results show that when the four kinds of fiber is within range of the selected ratio, under the tensile loads stress-strain relationship has elastic rise stage, strain hardening stage and strain softening stage, and strain hardening and multiple joints cracking are achieved, the ultimate tensile strain is up to 3.5%.

摘 要:通过干燥收缩、塑形收缩和圆环开裂试验,研究了双掺玄武岩纤维和陶砂混凝土的抗收缩开裂性。试验结果表明,单掺玄武岩纤维可增大混凝土收缩开裂趋势;长度6mm、18mm和30mm的纤维,其干缩应变相比基准混凝土分别增大了5%、17%和22%;双掺玄武岩纤维和陶砂可降低混凝土收缩开裂趋势;陶砂掺量为10%时,可明显降低混凝土收缩开裂性,陶砂掺量继续增加(20%和30%),混凝土收缩开裂趋势增加。 Abstract: Influence of basalt fiber and ceramic sand on shrinkage and crack of concrete was studied by drying shrinkage, plastic shrinkage and ring cracking test. The results show that basalt fiber can increase the tendency of shrinkage cracking of concrete. The drying shrinkages of concrete with the fiber length of 6mm, 18mm and 30mm respectively increase 5%, 17% and 22% of that of the reference concrete. The tendency of shrinkage cracking of concrete double mixed of basalt fiber and ceramic sand can decrease. When the ceramic sand content is 10%, the shrinkage cracking of concrete significantly reduces, however, the content continues to increase (20% and 30%), shrinkage cracking tendency of concrete will be increased.
